Product Usage Instructions:
1. Resetting the Internet Module:
To reset the HRQ-GATE Internet module, follow these steps:
- Locate the RESET button at the back of the gateway.
- Press and hold the RESET button for at least 10 seconds.
- The power LED will blink, indicating a reset.
- All assigned devices will be forgotten, and the device will be
restored to factory settings.
2. Connection:
- Connect the HRQ-GATE to the router using an Ethernet
cable. - Connect the power adapter to the device and power supply using
a USB cable. - Wait for the power LED to light up.
- Download the Alnor Control AIR app from Google Play or App
Store. - Follow the steps displayed in the application for further
setup.
3. User Account Registration:
WARNING: Android and iOS versions may have
different appearances. Screenshots in this manual are based on the
Android version.
- Register a new account:
- Select “Register Now” from the app’s main menu.
- Enter a username (for login).
- Enter your email address.
- Create a password and confirm it.
- Log in with your registration information.
4. Internet Gateway Configuration:
- Connect the gateway to the network. Ensure both the mobile
device with the app and the gateway are on the same network. - Scan the QR code or manually enter the code located on the back
of the gateway. - A message should confirm successful configuration.
5. Adding Heat Recovery Unit or External Sensor:
Confirmation of successful product addition will be displayed
after proper configuration.
FAQ:
Q: What do I do if the power LED does not light up after
connecting?
A: Check the power supply connections and ensure that the device
is receiving power. Try using a different power adapter if
needed.

1. Information on the manual
1.1. Description of the system
The HRQ-GATE Ethernet Gateway is used for communication between the ventilation unit (PremAIR, SlimAIR, FlatAIR or MinistAIR series) and an external application (software).
1.2. How to use the manual
This manual is intended as a reference book by which qualified installers can install the HRQ-GATE and all optional device as well. This device must be used according to its purpose. Make sure you have read and understood the manual before you install and/or use the device. Please be informed that we are constantly working on development and improvement of our products hence minor differences between this document and your unit are possible.

2.1. Construction
The gateway has three LEDs:

Signaling the transmission of a radio signal.

Signaling memorization of at least one device.
3.
Indication of power supply.
The gateway has two ports::
RJ45 communication
USB typu B power supply
3.1. Reset module
The device has a RESET button built into the back of the gateway.
Keeping the RESET button pressed for at least 10s will cause, the LED responsible for power signaling will blink. Resetting the Internet module will forget all assigned devices and restore the device to factory settings.
3.2. Connection
1.
Connect the HRQ-GATE with the Ethernet cable to the router.
2.
Connect the power adapter with the USB cable to the device and power supply.
3.
After a few seconds the power LED will light up.

Solution Check the router Run DHCP on the router or use a fixed IP adress
4. Recycling
This appliance bears the symbol of the barred waste bin. This indicates that, at the end of its useful life, it must not be disposed of as domestic waste, but must be taken to a collection center for waste electrical and electronic equipment, or returned to a retailer on purchase of a replacement.
It is the user’s responsibility to dispose of this appliance through the appropriate channels at the end of its useful life. Failure to do so may incur the penalties established by laws governing waste disposal.
Proper differential collection, and the subsequent recycling, processing and environmentally compatible disposal of waste equipment avoids unnecessary damage to the environment and possible related healthrisks, and also promotes recycling of the materials used in the appliance.
For further information on waste collection and disposal, contact your local waste disposal service, or the shop from which you purchased the appliance.
