Before putting your dash back together, please check the following:

Can Bus Module Power (If Applicable)

• If your harness includes a CAN bus module, ensure it is powered.
  

Essential Harness Connection

• Always plug in the harness that includes Camera Input, VID-Out 1 & 2, and AUX— even if you don’t plan on using it.
• This harness contains your Bluetooth and WiFi antennas. Leaving it unplugged will affect Wireless CarPlay, Bluetooth, and other functions.
  

Polaris AHD Mini Kamera

• The camera has a RED wire coming out of the yellow RCA plug and ORANGE wires on either end of the extension cable.
• The RED wire coming from the yellow RCA plug needs to be connected to 12 Volt power (we recommend ACC+ power).
• The ORANGE wire will NOT power the camera. It is simply a built-in extension cable if you need to pick up a reverse trigger from your reverse lights.
  

Think Of The Reverse Camera Like A Lamp

• Plugging in the lamp gives it power, but it won’t turn on until you flip the switch.
• The reverse camera works the same way— power is supplied via the red wire to a 12V accessory feed, but it also needs a reverse trigger to activate.
  

Reverse Trigger Setup

• If your Polaris main harness has a CAN bus module, it will automatically detect the reverse trigger—no extra wiring needed.
• If your Polaris main harness does NOT have a CAN bus module, you must manually wire the BACK/REVERSE wire (on the main power harness) to a reverse signal in the car.
• If a reverse feed is available up front, connect the BACK /REVERSE wire to it.
• If no reverse feed is available up front, use the orange wires on the extension cable:
  1. Connect the front ORANGE wire to the BACK/REVERSE wire on the Polaris main harness.
  2. Connect the rear orange wire to your reverse light positive at the back of the car.
• This eliminates the need to run a separate wire through the entire vehicle.
  

Retaining A Factory Camera

• Even though you’re connecting your factory camera using the factory plug, you still need to connect the Camera RCA from the main power harness to the correct Camera fly lead.
  

Settings tal-kamera
