The CLABEL 221D is a compact and lightweight thermal label printer designed for various labeling needs in small businesses and home environments. It supports both Bluetooth and USB connectivity.

4. Persediaan

4.1. Memuatkan Label

1. Open the printer cover by gently lifting it.
2. Insert the thermal label roll into the label compartment, ensuring the labels feed out from the top.

The CLABEL 221D printer can be operated via a mobile application or desktop software.

Untuk Peranti Mudah Alih (iOS/Android):

1. Download the "clabel trade" app from your device's app store (Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).
2. Pastikan Bluetooth didayakan pada peranti mudah alih anda.
3. Open the "clabel trade" app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your CLABEL 221D printer via Bluetooth.

For Windows/Mac Computers:

1. Visit the official CLABEL webtapak (www.clabel.com/download) to download the appropriate driver and software for your operating system (Windows or Mac).
2. Install the software by following the on-screen prompts.
3. Sambungkan pencetak ke komputer anda menggunakan kabel USB yang disediakan.
4. Power on the printer. The computer should detect the printer automatically.

5. Arahan Operasi

5.1. Printing from the Mobile App

1. Ensure your printer is powered on and connected via Bluetooth to your mobile device.
2. Open the "clabel trade" app.
3. Select or create a new label design. The app offers extensive customization options including 11 font styles, 58 multi-templates, over 300 icons, and support for barcodes, QR codes, Excel printing, graphs, images, and tables.
4. Praview your label design.
5. Tap the print button to send the label to the printer.

5.2. Mencetak daripada Perisian PC

1. Ensure your printer is powered on and connected via USB to your computer.
2. Open the CLABEL desktop software.
3. Design your label using the software's features.
4. Select your CLABEL 221D printer from the printer options.
5. Click 'Print' to initiate printing.

5.3. Supported Label Sizes and Applications

The CLABEL 221D supports label widths from 0.78 inches (20mm) to 2.28 inches (58mm). This versatility makes it suitable for various applications, including:

• UPC barcodes
• Address labels

• Product identification for small businesses

6. Penyelenggaraan

6.1. Membersihkan Kepala Cetak

Untuk memastikan kualiti cetakan yang optimum, bersihkan kepala cetak secara berkala:

1. Matikan pencetak dan cabut kabel kuasa.
2. Buka penutup pencetak.
3. Lap kepala cetak dengan lembut menggunakan kapasampditambah dengan isopropil alkohol.
4. Biarkan kepala cetak kering sepenuhnya sebelum menutup penutup dan menghidupkan pencetak.

6.2. Pembersihan Am

Lap bahagian luar pencetak dengan kain lembut dan kering. Jangan gunakan pembersih atau pelarut yang melelas.

6.3. Penyimpanan

Store the printer in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures when not in use for extended periods.

7. Penyelesaian masalah

If you encounter issues with your CLABEL 221D printer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Pencetak tidak dapat dihidupkan: Pastikan kabel kuasa disambungkan dengan kukuh pada pencetak dan soket kuasa. Periksa sama ada suis kuasa berada dalam kedudukan 'Hidup'.
• Labels not feeding or printing blank: Verify that the label roll is loaded correctly and that the labels are thermal-sensitive. Ensure the print head is clean.
• Kualiti cetakan yang lemah: Clean the print head as described in Section 6.1. Ensure you are using high-quality thermal labels.
• Isu sambungan Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the printer is within range. Restart both the printer and your mobile device.
