3. Panduan Persediaan

3.1 Pengecasan Awal

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided cable. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status.

3.2 Berpasangan dengan Peranti Anda

1. Pastikan fon telinga dicas dan di dalam bekas pengecasan.
2. Buka bekas pengecas. Fon telinga akan memasuki mod berpasangan secara automatik, ditunjukkan oleh lampu berkelip pada fon telinga.
3. Pada peranti anda (telefon pintar, tablet, dll.), dayakan Bluetooth.
4. Cari untuk "CT11" or "PSIER CT11" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
5. Select "CT11" to connect. Once connected, the earbud indicator light will stop flashing.

Fon telinga akan menyambung semula secara automatik ke peranti gandingan terakhir apabila dikeluarkan daripada sarung, jika Bluetooth didayakan pada peranti.

3.3 Memakai Fon Telinga

1. Confirm to take the earbuds as shown in the figure (ensure correct left/right earbud).
2. Dari atas ke bawah, letakkan cangkuk telinga di belakang telinga anda.
3. Adjust by twisting for comfort and secure fit.

4. Arahan Operasi

The PSIER CT11 headphones feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud.

4.1 Kawalan Asas

• Hidupkan kuasa: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds.
• Matikan: Place earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch area for 5 seconds.
• Main/Jeda: Ketik dua kali sama ada fon telinga.
• Lagu Seterusnya: Tekan dan tahan fon telinga Kanan (R) selama 2 saat.
• Trek Sebelumnya: Press and hold the Left (L) earbud for 2 seconds.
• Kelantangan: Single tap the Right (R) earbud.
• Perlahankan suara: Single tap the Left (L) earbud.

4.2 Pengurusan Panggilan

• Jawab/Tamatkan Panggilan: Ketik dua kali sama ada fon telinga.
• Tolak Panggilan: Tekan dan tahan salah satu fon telinga selama 2 saat.
• Aktifkan Pembantu Suara: Tap three times either earbud.

5. Penyelenggaraan dan Penjagaan

• Pembersihan: Bersihkan fon telinga dan bekas pengecas secara berkala dengan kain yang lembut, kering dan tidak berbulu. Elakkan menggunakan bahan kimia yang keras atau bahan yang melelas.
• Storan: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage. Keep the case closed.
• Suhu: Avoid exposing the earbuds and charging case to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or high humidity.
• Pendedahan Air: While the earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, the charging case is not. Ensure the charging case does not come into contact with water. Dry the earbuds completely before placing them back into the charging case if they have been exposed to moisture.

6. Penyelesaian masalah

6.1 Fon Telinga Tidak Berpasangan/Bersambung

• Pastikan Bluetooth didayakan pada peranti anda.
• Pastikan fon telinga dicas sepenuhnya.
• Place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode.
• Forget "CT11" from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
• Pastikan tiada peranti Bluetooth lain yang mengganggu sambungan.

6.2 Tiada Bunyi atau Kelantangan Rendah

• Semak tahap kelantangan pada kedua-dua peranti anda dan fon telinga.
• Pastikan fon telinga disambungkan dengan betul ke peranti anda.
• Bersihkan sebarang serpihan daripada gril pembesar suara.

6.3 Isu Pengecasan

• Sahkan kabel pengecasan disambungkan dengan selamat pada kedua-dua bekas dan sumber kuasa.
• Cuba kabel USB atau penyesuai kuasa yang lain.
• Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of obstruction.
