1. Pengenalan

Thank you for choosing the GREENCUT GTC190X Petrol Tiller. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new equipment. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly, operation, or maintenance to ensure proper use and to prevent injury or damage.

The GTC190X is a powerful and efficient petrol-powered tiller designed for preparing soil in gardens and agricultural fields. It features a 161cc 4-stroke OHV engine, a working width of 56cm, and durable hardened iron blades, making it suitable for various soil types and intensive work.

• Ekzos Enjin: Operate the tiller only in well-ventilated outdoor areas. Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, which is a colorless, odorless, and deadly gas.

4. Persediaan dan Pemasangan

Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your tiller for first use.

4.1. Pemasangan Hendal

1. Attach the lower handlebar section to the main unit using the provided bolts and nuts. Ensure a secure fit.
2. Connect the upper handlebar section to the lower section, aligning the holes and securing with the quick-release knobs or bolts.
3. Mount the control levers (throttle, clutch) to the handlebar and route the cables according to the diagrams in the separate assembly guide. Ensure cables are not pinched.

4.2. Blade and Wheel Attachment

1. Attach the tilling blades to the axle shafts, ensuring they are oriented correctly (left and right blades). Secure them with the pins or bolts.
2. Install the transport wheel at the front of the tiller. This wheel is used for moving the tiller to and from the work area, and can be adjusted or removed during tilling.

4.3. Bahan Api dan Minyak

Before starting, ensure the engine has sufficient fuel and oil.

• Minyak Enjin: Fill the engine crankcase with the recommended 4-stroke engine oil (refer to engine manual for specific type and capacity). Do not overfill.
• Bahan api: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded petrol. Do not use E85 or other ethanol blends not approved for small engines.

WARNING: Never refuel a hot engine. Always allow the engine to cool down before adding fuel.

5. Arahan Operasi

Learn how to safely start and operate your GREENCUT GTC190X tiller.

5.1. Menghidupkan Enjin

1. Ensure the tiller is on a level surface and the safety lock is disengaged.
2. Buka injap bahan api (jika berkenaan).
3. Set the choke lever to the 'CHOKE' position (for cold starts).
4. Press the primer bulb 3-5 times until fuel is visible.
5. Move the throttle lever to the 'FAST' position.
6. Pull the starter rope firmly and smoothly until the engine starts.
7. Sebaik sahaja enjin dihidupkan, gerakkan tuil cok secara beransur-ansur ke kedudukan 'RUN' semasa enjin menjadi panas.

5.2. Tilling Operation

When tilling, hold the handlebars firmly with both hands. Allow the tiller to pull itself forward, guiding it gently. For deeper tilling, make multiple passes, gradually increasing the depth with each pass by adjusting the depth stake.

5.3. Menghentikan Enjin

To stop the engine, move the throttle lever to the 'STOP' or 'OFF' position. If equipped, turn the engine switch to 'OFF'.

6. Penyelenggaraan

• Clean the tilling blades and housing of any soil, debris, or plant material.

Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation, and then every 25-50 hours or annually, whichever comes first. Refer to the engine manual for detailed instructions and oil specifications.

6.3. Pembersihan/Penggantian Penapis Udara

Inspect the air filter every 10-20 hours of operation, or more frequently in dusty conditions. Clean or replace as necessary to ensure proper engine performance.

6.4. Pemeriksaan Palam Pencucuh

Periksa palam pencucuh setiap tahun atau setiap 50 jam. Bersihkan atau gantikan jika kotor atau haus.

6.5. Penyimpanan

For long-term storage, drain the fuel tank or add a fuel stabilizer. Run the engine until it stops to consume all fuel in the carburetor. Clean the tiller thoroughly and store in a dry, protected area.
