Operation
Charging the Device
To charge the device, connect it to a power outlet using the included power adapter and charging cable. The charging indicator light will turn red while charging and green when fully charged. Charging is faster when the device is turned off or in sleep mode.
Charging Precautions:
- Use only the provided power adapter and cable. Third-party accessories may affect performance or pose safety risks.
- Charge in a well-ventilated, shaded area within the appropriate temperature range.
- Charging in high-temperature environments may damage the device.
- Charging time varies with temperature and battery usage.
- The device may become warm during extended use or charging, which is normal. If it feels excessively hot, disable some functions and stop charging.
Checking Battery Status:
The battery status can be checked via the battery icon on the screen. When connected to power, the icon indicates connection. Moving the cursor over the icon shows remaining battery level and usage time.
Note: Batteries are consumable. If standby time significantly decreases, contact customer service for replacement; do not attempt self-replacement.
Powering On and Off
First Use: Connect the power adapter and charging cable to charge the device.
To Turn On/Wake Up: When the device is off or in sleep mode, briefly press the power button.
To Sleep/Shut Down/Restart: In normal use, click the Start button, then select Power to choose sleep, shut down, or restart.
To Force Shut Down: Press and hold the power button for 7-8 seconds. Unsaved data may be lost.
Keyboard Function Keys
The blue characters on the keyboard function as hotkeys and require the [Fn] key for activation. They facilitate common tasks:
