Device Overview and Interfaces

The GPD WIN 4 is a powerful handheld gaming device. Below is a description of its various interfaces and controls:

Key Components:

• Display Screen (10): The primary visual output for the device.

Keyboard Function Keys

• Fn + Del: Print screen.

Charging the Device

The GPD WIN 4 has a built-in rechargeable battery. Use the provided power adapter and Type-C USB cable for charging.

• Connect the adapter and cable to charge. The charge indicator will turn red while charging and green when fully charged. Charging is faster in shutdown or sleep mode.
• Precautions: Use only the provided accessories. Avoid charging in high temperatures. Charging time may vary. The device may become warm during charging, which is normal. If it becomes excessively hot, disable some functions and stop charging.

Understanding Battery Status

The battery icon on the screen indicates the battery status. When connected to power, it shows a connected state. Moving the cursor over the icon displays remaining energy and estimated usage time.

Note: Batteries are consumables. If standby time significantly decreases, contact customer service for a replacement.

Starting Up and Shutting Down

• First Use: Connect the power adapter and Type-C cable to charge the device before initial startup.
• Startup/Wake Up: Short press the power key to turn on the screen or wake the device from sleep mode.
• Sleep/Shutdown/Reboot: Click the power icon and select the desired option.
• Force Shutdown: Long press the power key for 10 seconds to force shutdown. Unsaved data may be lost.

Note: Use the original AC adapter. Low input voltage can cause insufficient power supply. Accessories are subject to change.
