What is not covered?

1. BeforeattemptingtodiagnoseorrepairanyProduct,please backupall software,applications, andotherdata,including contacts,photos,music,games,whichwillbeerasedduring the repair process and cannot be reinstal ed by Motorola and Motorola shall have no liability therefore.
2. Review the online Motorola customer support website at www.motorola.co m for troubleshooting information.
3. Ifthe Product is still notfunctioningproperly after youhave followed troubleshooting instructions suggested on this website, please contact Motorola using the contact details provided on the customersupport page of www.motorola.co m.
4. If your Product is covered by this Limited Warranty, you may be required to download, or otherwise obtain and accept software updates. You are responsible for any third party data costs incurred when obtaining the downloads.
Before we can provide any further support under this Limited Warranty you must first comply with the warranty processes outlined above, and any repair instructions provided by Motorola.
5. If thesoftware update doesnotfix theproblem,you will receive instructions on how and where to ship the Product for evaluation. You must supply: (i) proof of purchase; (ii) a written descriptionofthe problem;(iii) thenameofyourmobile

network service provider, if applicable; and (iv) your home and email address and telephone number. Motorola reserves the right to charge you for the cost of shipping the Product to and from the authorized service center.
6. IftheProductisnotcoveredbythisLimitedWarranty(and you do nothave any otherstatutory rights in yourplace of residence), Motorola will inform you of the availability, price, and other conditions applicable to such out-of-warranty repair of the Product.

The warranty period forthe purchased product is 24 months from the originaldateofpurchasestatedonthereceiptorinvoice,unless otherwise specified by Lenovo. The above mentioned warranty periodalso appliestothe accessories includedintheproduct.
The warranty rights will be exercised upon presentation of ………………………… and confirmation that the entries in the warranty card are in conformity with the actual state of affairs.
Depending on the type offaultand the level ofsupport selected, the customer will be informed about further service procedures. If theproduct needstobedeliveredtothemaintenance service,the productshouldbedeliveredinacompanypackaging orinarigidbox with intact flaps, securedinside with a suitable cushioning material. Each item should be wrapped separately.
Anyproductdefectsdiscovered duringthewarrantyperiodwillbe repaired orreplacedfreeofcharge.Thetimeduringwhichdefective productsremain inrepairisnotincludedinthewarrantyperiod.The maximumpermitted repairtime is 14 calendardays fromthe date theequipmentissubmittedto repair.Themethodofdefectrepairis determined by the guarantor.
Duringthewarranty period,theguarantorwillreplacetheproduct withan analogous oneoranothermodel, freefromdefects, withnoworse technical parameters if: · the reported defect is notremovable, or · the warranty service cannot be performed within the
aforementioned period. The Warranty Card should be filled in completely and legibly, signed by the seller and the buyer, and should not contain any deletions, corrections, e tc.
