Product Usage Instructions
SINGLE UPLOAD FIRMWARE UPDATE
Functionality: Upload firmware to one
IllumaDimTM device at a time. This method is most successful.
Important: If other devices are powered on,
they may flash randomly. Power off other devices or put them in
manual mode.
RDM Function: Press the RDM button next to each
device in the list to access basic RDM functions.
Connect & Discover Devices:
1. Press Connect in the Individual Update tab.
2. If an error occurs, reinsert USB and ensure the computer
recognizes the device dongle.
3. Press Discover All to list connected devices.
Select Firmware & Update Devices:
1. Click Browse and choose the firmware file.
2. Select the device and press Update. Expect flashing if other
devices are not powered off.
Alternative Method:
– Click the software version number to update a specific
device.
– Factory reset your device after firmware update by holding
down the BACK & ENTER buttons.

Q: What should I do if a device gets stuck in update mode?
A: Power cycle the device and try the update process again. Do

IllumaSyncTM Software Guide
IllumaSyncTM software is designed to work with the IllumaDimTM product family of LED controllers. The software allows for
firmware updates, setting updates and simple DMX testing and control. In order to use the software you will require three things: · One or more IllumaDimTM Products from Moss LEDTM · IllumaSyncTM software from Moss LEDTM website · IllumaSyncTM USB Dongle
IMPORTANT
· Before you start, ensure that all devices are connected together via DMX cabling and are powered on. · It is advised to only have IllumaDimTM products on the DMX chain when operating the IllumaSync Software. · Moss LED has not tested the effects of running the IllumaDimTM software while using non IllumaDimTM products and the effects are unknown. · Moss LED cannot be held liable for any unwanted effects caused by running IllumaSyncTM software to non IllumaDimTM products.
1) Plug all IllumaDimTM Products together via DMX cabling 2) Plug IllumaSyncTM USB to DMX Dongle Cable into first IlluamDimTM product in the DMX chain 1) Download driver (if required) https://files.mossled.com/Software/CDM212364_Setup.zip 2) Download IllumaSync software https://files.mossled.com/Software/IllumaSyncV1.zip

Press “Connect” in the Group Settings tab. If an error occurs, reinsert USB and ensure the computer recognizes the device dongle. If the device is not recognized, try reinstalling the device driver
Press “Discover All” to list connected devices.
Choose settings and profiles using the dropdown menu. Not set values will not be changed on the device. Select multiple devices and press “Update” Device’s update simultaneously.

DMX TESTER
Functionality: IllumaSyncTM can be used as a DMX tester for 1 universe at a time.
Connect: Set DMX Values:
Press “Connect” in the DMX tab. Start Address -> End Address -> DMX Value -> Press “Send”
Quick Controls: Brightness Control:
All On -> Set all channels to full brightness. Blackout -> Turn all channels off. Use the slider or manual entry to adjust brightness.
DMX Channel Control: Adjust individual channels using sliders or manual entry.
