- Connect USB port of the gamepad to equipment correctly;
- Check whether the equipment can recognize the gamepad;
- Operate according to User Manual;
- Please do not use the product in an extreme environment.

- PS4/PS3 console online method
(1) When the gamepad is first connected to the PS4/PS3 host, a USB cable is required to make a wired connection to the PS4/PS3 host. The program automatically conducts code pairing during the connection process.
(2) Press the HOME button, the gamepad for wireless connection state, at this time the LED light shows one color is always on, that is, connected to the host. Different gamepad connected to the host, LED lights show different colors to distinguish between different users.
(3) The general PS4/PS3 host supports multiple wireless devices, and the gamepad supports the PS4/PS3 series of games. - Android device connection method
(1) The gamepad in the off state, first press the SHARE without release, and press the HOME button for 3s, the gamepad into the pairing state, then the white light flashing, open the Android device to search the “Wireless Controller”, click and connect to the
device, at this moment the light shows blue, if not connected to the device, the gamepad will shut down for hibernation after about 60s. - IOS13.0 or above system connection method
(1) First, make sure iPhone & iPad have been upgraded to IOS13 and above;
(2) When the gamepad is off, first press the SHARE without release, and press the HOME button for 3s, the gamepad enters the pairing state and the white light flashes;
(3) Open iPhone & iPad device, click “Wireless” option, find the “DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller”, click and connect to the device, at this moment the light shows pink
NOTE: If not connected to the device, the gamepad will shut down for hibernation after about 60s, support MFI games only.
Switch host connection method.
When the gamepad is not connected to the current Switch host and needs to be connected to the current host:
1) Wired connection: First of all, you need to use a USB cable to communicate with the Switch host. During the communication process, the program will automatically pair the code, press any button, the gamepad will vibrate once, the joystick will be able to connect with the host to play the game operation, the wired mode supports audio headset.
2) BT connection: After connection via wired, remove the USB cable. The gamepad will then enter the back to host state and take about 2-3 seconds to connect to the host. If the gamepad has not been connected to the host, and it is in the shutdown state, press and hold the “OPTIONS + HOME” key combination for three seconds. The channel light will fast blinking, and the gamepad will enter the host pairing mode. To open the host pairing mode, and take about 2-3 seconds to connect with the host successfully to play the game, the gamepad will be prompted to vibrate once. - WINDOWS PC connection method
(1) The gamepad is connected to the PC by one USB cable, the PC will automatically install the driver, and you can see the driver being installed directly in the interface of WINDOWS. After the driver is installed, the icon of the controller will appear in the interface of “Devices and Printers”.
*X-INPUT mode device name is “Xbox 360 Controller for Windows”; PC (D-Input) mode device name is “Wireless Controller”;
(2) Press and hold the “Share + option” keys for 3s, you can switch between the two modes, the gamepad has a memory function to save the last working mode after shutdown.
(3) X-INPUT mode, LED channel light is always on green; D-INPUT mode, LED channel light is blue. - TURBO function setting
After connected to the host, you can set the Turbo and Clear function to the keys:
, L1, L2, R1, R2, according to the user’s requirement.
Operation method:
Press and hold the “X” key, and then press the “Turbo” key to Turbo operation on the “X” key (you also can press the “Turbo” key first);
If you want to cancel the Turbo function of “X”, press and hold “Turbo” and then press “X” to clear the Turbo function of the key (other keys are similar); the Turbo function is not saved after the gamepad is turned off. Automatically restore the initial state. - Headset function description
* The gamepad supports stereo headset function on the PS4 console.
* The gamepad supports stereo headset function when connected to PC via USB wired mode and in D-INPUT mode. - RGB function setting
(1) LIGHT+R3 keys (press down the right joystick): switch the lighting effect mode (colorful transformation-monochrome constant light-monochrome cycle transformation breathing monochrome breathing).
(2) In the colorful transformation mode, press the “LIGHT+L3” keys (press down the left joystick) to pause the current colorful lighting effect mode.
(3) In monochrome always-on mode, press the “LIGHT+L3” keys (press down the left joystick) to switch the color of the light.
(4) In the monochrome cycle breathing mode, press the “LIGHT+L3” key (press down the left joystick) to pause the current breathing state, and press it again to turn on the monochrome cycle breathing mode again.
(5) In monochrome breathing mode, press the “LIGHT+L3” keys at the same time (press down the left joystick) to switch between monochrome breathing states of different colors.
(6) Colorful transformation, monochrome constant light, monochrome cycle transformation in breathing mode, press “LIGHT+UP/DOWN” to adjust the RGB light brightness
(7) Press and hold the L3+R3 keys for 3 seconds to turn off or turn on the RGB lighting. The lighting effect settings have a memory function and the currently set lighting effect mode will be automatically saved. - Axis correction function
If the gamepad displays abnormal axis function, it can be corrected by axis calibration. To calibrate, first turn off the gamepad and place it flat on a desktop. Then, press and hold the “X + SHARE + HOME” keys until the blue and green lights begin to alternate flashing. Next, press the “OPTIONS” key and wait for the white light to stop flashing, indicating that calibration is complete. Note that this correction has already been performed at the factory. - Reconnection mode
Gamepad that has been paired with a host, simply press the “HOME ” button for 1s to awaken the handle from its dormant state. It will automatically reconnect with the previously paired host after being woken up. In the PS4 console hibernation state, press the “HOME ” button to wake up the console. Short press the “HOME ” button to power on the gamepad, back to connect more than 15s when the gamepad automatically hibernate.
NOTE: The reconnection mode is limited to connecting exclusively with the last host that the gamepad was paired with. - Power prompt
When the gamepad is low battery, PS4 host will prompt the gamepad low power, then you need to charge the gamepad or press and hold the “HOME ” button for more than 1s, you can view the remaining battery power on the screen. - Charging instruction
To charge the gamepad, use a TYPE-C charging cable. When charging the gamepad while it is turned off, an orange breathing light will appear on the LED channel indicator. Once fully charged, the orange LED light will turn off. In the working state, the gamepad can be charged while connected, and the LED channel light will remain on. The gamepad can be charged using the PS4 host, PC USB port or a charger with an output of 5V 1A. - Shutdown and automatic hibernation
* Gamepad shutdown: press and hold the “HOME ” button for 10s.
* Gamepad will automatically hibernate when the host is hibernating.
* Pairing timeout 60s, gamepad automatically hibernate.
* Press the reset switch at the bottom, the gamepad hibernate. - Reset function
In case of any malfunctions or unresponsiveness in the gamepad, the reset button located at the bottom of the gamepad can be pressed using a small needle or similar object to reset it.
E. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the gamepad does not vibrate or it is not recognized, please check that the game you are trying to play supports vibrations effects.
In case of incorrect operation follow the steps below:
– Check the integrity of the connectors;
– Check the connection to the device;
– Check your device settings;
– Check the battery level;
– Disconnect and reconnect the equipment; restart the device.
If the problem persists, please contact your local seller.
