Accessories explanation
Assembly Processes
1. Assemble the bottom fixing bracket with 16 pieces of the Tightening bolt(M8× 10 ) 、4 pieces of the Straight Connector
2. Assembly connection bracket with 8 pieces of Spring nut(M8)、4 pieces of Aluminum alloy corner、8 pieces of Bolt (M8×16) and 8 pieces of Shim (M8)
3. Assemble the left and right inclined fixed brackets with 20 pieces of Spring nut(M8)、 20 pieces of Bolt (M8×16) and 20 pieces of Shim (M8)
4. Assemble two reinforcing rods with 8 pieces of the bolt(M8×16 ) 、8 pieces of the shim (M8) 、8 pieces of the Spring nut (M8) and 4 pieces of Aluminum alloy corner
5. Assembling the pedal mounting bracket with 8 pieces of the bolt(M8×16 ) 、8 pieces of the shim (M8) 、 8 pieces of the Spring Nut (M8) and 4 pieces of Aluminum alloy corner
6. Assembling pedal bracket with 12 pieces of the bolt(M8×16 ) 、12 pieces of the shim (M8) 、12 pieces of the Spring Nut (M8) and 6 pieces of Aluminum alloy corner
7. Assembly reinforcement rod with 4 pieces of the bolt (M8×16) 、4 pieces of the shim (M8) and 2 pieces of Aluminum alloy corner
8. Assemble the steering wheel mounting plate with 4 pieces of the bolt (M8×16) 、 4 pieces of the shim (M8) 、4 pieces of the Spring Nut (M8)
9. Assembling seat fixing bracket with 12 pieces of the bolt (M8×16) 、 12 pieces of the shim (M8) 、12 pieces of the Spring Nut (M8) and 4 pieces of Aluminum alloy corner
10. Assembling seat fixing plate with 7 pieces of the bolt (M8×16) 、7 pieces of the shim (M8) and 4 pieces of the Spring nut (M8)
11. Assembling plastic end caps with 10 pieces of the caps (4040) 、6 pieces of the caps (4080) , Apply anti slip stickers(100×40×4) to the base frame to prevent the bracket from slipping
