Product Usage Instructions

Pairing

Pairing (take BT1 for example):

Turn on the keyboard using the on-off switch. LED1 red light will turn on for two seconds and then turn off.

Press FN+BT1 to enter the BT1 pairing channel. LED2 blue light will stay on constantly. If it has been paired before, press CONNECT to enter pairing mode.
Open your laptop’s Bluetooth device list and search for “BT 5.0 Keyboard.”

Connect the Bluetooth Keyboard to start using it after a successful connection.

Pairing(take BTI for example)

Step 1: Turn on the keyboard on-off switch, LED1 red light on, two seconds out.

Step 2: Press FN+BT1 to enter into the BT1 pairing channel, and automatically enter into the pairing mode for the first time. LED2 blue light is constant on. If it has been paired and re-paired, press CONNECT to enter into the pairing mode.
Step 3: Open your Laptop’s Bluetooth device list and search for “BT 5.0 Keyboard”.
Step 4: Connect the Bluetooth Keyboard. You can start to use this keyboard after successfully connecting.
***BT2 pairing method, please refer to BT1 pairing.

Note: This product supports automatic reconnecting function. If your numeric Keypad is off, or your computer and numeric Keypad are both off, just reboot to automatically reconnect.
2.4G is paired when it leaves the factory, plug the receiver into the computer’s USB port, turn on the keyboard power switch, press FN + 2.4 G to switch to 2.4G mode, if you need to re-pair, enter into 2.4G mode, press CONNECT key to enter into pairing channel, LED1 light is constant on, insert receiver successfully and you are ready to use.

Attention
The product is designed for Windows and apple’s Mac operating systems. This product doesn’t support some Android systems. If you connect this keyboard to Android device, some multi-media keys and shortcut keys will not work properly.

Switch between WINDOWS and Mac

Press Fn+MAC, LED3 blue light flash 3 times.

2.4G /Bluetooth 1/Bluetooth 2 switch
The numeric keypad can connect three devices at the same time, allowing you to switch freely when you press “Fn + 2.4 G/BT1/BT2”key combination.

Led light indication

Switch on: Blue Led1 red light, 2 seconds later extinguished.
Low Battery: LED1 red light flashing.

Charging: LED1 red light constant on.
Charging complete: LED1 Red Light off.
Bluetooth automatic back connect: Corresponding Blue light flash 3 times.

Num Lock indication: LED1 Blue light.

Frequently asked questions

Q 1: What should I do if the keyboard is turned on and LED1’s blue light doesn’t come on?
A 1: First of all, please make sure the battery of this product has enough power. Please charge the product before use, and turn it on after full charge (LED1 red light will go out after full charge) .
Q 2: What should I do if my keyboard doesn’t go into pairing mode after I press the pairing key?
Press the match key, the LED1 blue light not on. Or Blue light not on. A 2: Please make sure the LED1 blue light is working properly. If you can turn on your computer at regular intervals, but press the pairing key and the keyboard can not enter the pairing mode, the pairing key may be broken.

Q 3: What if my computer can’t find the Bluetooth Keyboard? I made sure my keyboard was in matching mode.
A 3: First, try to remove all Bluetooth devices from your computer. Previously connected devices, especially those are no longer in use but have not been cleaned up, may prevent new devices from appearing in the system column. If this method does not work, try connecting the keyboard to another device. If this keyboard can be successfully connected to another device, try updating the Bluetooth driver program, or resetting it to its initial setting on your computer, and then try again.
Q 4: What should I do if the automatic reconnecting function stops working?
A 4: The “Auto reconnect” function only reconnects to the last paired device. If you meet this problem, most of the time, it’s because you’ve already connected the keyboard to another less-used device, and the keyboard will only try to connect to the device the next time when you use the device. Remove this Keyboard “Bluetooth Keyboard” from your device list, and then connect to the device you want this keyboard to “Automatically reconnect”.
Q 5: What should I do if I meet the input delays on this keyboard?
A 5: Please check your Bluetooth connection list to see if another Bluetooth keyboard is trying to connect to your computer. If yes, delete the device, close the keyboard and reopen it. Wi-Fi transmitters or microwaves can also affect Bluetooth signals. Please make sure that there are no similar signal transmitters in your environment.
