Welcome
Smart Control Panel Mini is a multifunctional interactive device that integrates a screen, three physical buttons, three relay channels, and an infrared remote control. Through the screen, various devices and scenes at home can be controlled. The three relay channels can replace traditional switches to control three lighting devices. The buttons can be customized for relay control or scene control. Additionally, the built-in infrared remote control can directly control infrared devices such as TV and air conditioning at home. In addition to controlling devices and scenes, the Smart Control Panel Mini also supports smart cameras, visual doorbells, and visual door locks. Users can view camera footage on the screen and directly unlock the door on the screen by integrating with the visual door lock.

Preparation for use
- Download MOES App on App store or scan the QR code
MOES App is upgraded as much more compatibility than Tuya Smart/ Smart Life App, functional well for scenes controlled by Siri, widget and scene recommendations as the fully new customized service.
(Note: Tuya Smart/Smart Life App still works, but the MOES App is h highly recommended) - Registration or Log-in
- Download“MOES” Application.
- Enter the Register/Login interface, tap “Register to create an account by entering your phone number to get the verification code and “Set password. Choose “Log in” if you already have a MOES account.
Function introduction
Boot Guide
After mounting the Smart Control Panel on the wall and powering itup, it will enter the boot guide page. Follow the on-screen prompts to:
- Select language
- View and agree to the terms of use
- Choose the WLAN network to connect to
- Use the MOES app to scan and bind the device
- Select the area that the device will control
Once these settings are completed, the device can be used normally
Home Page
After completing the boot guide settings, the Smart Control Panel will enter the home page, which displays:
- Current time
- Date and day of the week
- Weather and temperature
- Current network signal
- Shortcuts control (two slots)
By default, the shortcuts control is empty. Clicking the “+” icon allows you to add “Tap-to-run,” “Device Switch,” or “Local Switch.” After adding, you can quickly control devices or scenes. Long-pressing on “Shortcuts” will take you to the edit page, where you can customize and replace devices or scenes.
Device Control
Swipe right on the home page to enter the “All Devices” list page. Here, the devices that have been added to the mobile app will automatically sync. Devices meeting any of the following conditions will appear in the device list on the Smart Control Panel:
- Devices that comply with the defined standard instruction set*
- Devices that support shortcut control
For devices eligible for shortcut control, you can toggle the device’s power on and off by clicking the switch button in the upper right corner.
- For devices compliant with the standard instruction set, in addition to power control, clicking on the device card will navigate you to the detailed control page, where more functions can be controlled.
- Click on the “All Devices” in the upper left corner to switch between”Rooms.” Selecting different “Rooms” will display all devices in the respective rooms.
- Click on the “
” in the upper right corner or long-press on the device card to “Hide” or “Restore” the device. Hiding the device will make it invisible on the screen but won’t delete or unbind the device. Select”Add” to restore visibility.
- After long-pressing on a device card, you can freely drag and drop the order of device cards to customize the priority of the device card display
Scene Control
- Swipe left on the home page to enter the “Tap-to-run” list page. Here, the “Tap-to-run” and “Lighting Scenes” (if any) that have been added to the mobile app will automatically sync.
- Click on a scene card to execute the scene action.
- If lighting scenes have been created under the account, clicking on “Tap-to-run” in the upper left corner will allow you to switch between them. Selecting different “Rooms” will display lighting scenes in the respective rooms.
- Click on the “
” in the upper right corner or long-press on the scene card to “Hide” or “Restore” the scene. Hiding the scene will make it invisible on the screen but won’t delete the scene. Select “Add” to restore visibility.
- After long-pressing on a scene card, you can freely drag and drop the order of scene cards to customize the priority of scene card display.
Quick control
- Swipe down on the home page to enter the “Quick control” page. Here, quick control widgets for devices are displayed. What you see is what you get, allowing you to control devices at a glance.
- Click on the function button of a quick control widget to control the device’s function.
- Click on the arrow in the upper right corner to enter the corresponding device’s advanced control page.
- Long-press on a widget card or click “Edit” at the bottom of the page to add, delete, or drag and drop quick widgets.
- The quick control widgets directly display device functions, eliminating the need to enter the advanced control page, which greatly enhances interaction efficiency.
View Camera & Unlock on Screen
Swipe right on the home page for two screens to enter the “Family call” page. Here, devices with video streaming capabilities such as smart cameras, visual doorbells, and visual door locks are displayed. Click on the device card of a smart camera or visual doorbell to view the camera footage. When the doorbell of the visual door lock is pressed by a visitor, the Smart Control Panel will automatically ring and display the door lock camera footage. Click on “ ” to answer the call. Click and slide on “
” to unlock the door on the screen.
- When a visitor presses the doorbell on the visual door lock,the Smart Control Panel will automatically display the video feed.
- Swipe right on the unlock button, to unlock the door on the screen.
Pull-down Page
From any page, swipe down from the top of the screen to bring up the “Pull-down Page”.
The “Pull-down Page” includes the following buttons:
- Home: Click to return to the home page.
- Settings: Click to enter the settings page.
- Shortcut: Click to enter the shortcuts editing page.
- Sync: Click to automatically sync device and scene lists.
- Call: Click to enter the page displaying video devices such as cameras and doorbells.
- Sensor: Click to enter the sensor display page.
- Search: Click to enter the Bluetooth Sigmesh sub-device search and network configuration page.
Settings
In the “Pull-down Page”, click on “Settings” to enter the settings page. The “Settings” include the following options:
- Network setting: Select network, enter password to connect to the internet.
- Bluetooth: Enable or disable Bluetooth Mesh gateway.
- Display: Adjust brightness, set screen saver and do not disturb mode.
- Volume: Mute settings and toggle touch sound effects.
- Personalization: Choose themes and screen savers.
- Language: Switch between different languages.
- Date & Time: Toggle between 24/12-hour format and display time zone/date/time.
- Partition control: Select control zones.
- Family call: Set do not disturb for calls.
- Message notification: Enable or disable message cards and notification sounds.
- Shortcut: Edit shortcuts to control devices or scenes.
- Software upgrade: View current version and check for updates.
- Device & system: Restart device, factory reset, clear cache, upload logs.
- About: Device ID, IP address, MAC address, and other information.
Infrared Remote Control
The Smart Control Panel Mini is equipped with three surface-mounted infrared emitters, allowing it to control home infrared appliances on its own.
- How to add infrared devices?
In the Smart Control Panel section of the mobile app, click on the “Infrared Remote Control” entry, follow the instructions, and you can add infrared devices. - What types of infrared devices are supported?
Currently, it supports 12 categories of infrared devices: TV, STB, TV Box, Air Conditioners, Fan, Light, Audio, Projector, DVD, Camera, Water Heater, and Air Purifier. - How to control infrared devices?
After adding the infrared devices, they will be automatically synced to the Smart Control Panel.Simply click to enter the detailed control page on the control panel, and you can control the infrared devices from there.
Customizing Physical Buttons
The Smart Control Panel Mini comes with three physical buttons, offering various customization options:
- Relay Switch: Control the opening and closing of relays, typically used to replace traditional switches for non-smart lighting fixtures.
- Scene Switch: Bind a scene to a button for quick execution by pressingthe physical button.
- Device Shortcut Switch: Bind a device shortcut switch to a button for quick control of the associated device.
- Camera Viewer: Bind a camera to a button for quick access to the camera feed.
- System Settings: Supports settings such as screen on/off, brightness increase, and brightness decrease.
In the Smart Control Panel section of the mobile app, click on “Button Settings” to perform the above customization operations.
Button Indicator Light
The three physical buttons on the Smart Control Panel Mini are all equipped with indicator lights, which support customizable settings.The indicator lights have three states:
- Indicate off: The indicator light remains off when the relay is toggled.
- Indicate switch: The indicator light’s on/off state synchronizes with the opening/closing of the relay.
- Indicate position: The indicator light remains constantly on to indicate the button’s position.
Relay status
The Smart Control Panel Mini comes with three built-in relays. In the mobile app’s Smart Control Panel section, you can set the power-on state. There are three possible settings, and you can also set the state for all relays collectively or individually. The power-on states are:
- OFF: Each time power is restored, the relays are in the power-off state.
- ON: Each time power is restored, the relays are in the power-on state.
- Remember last status: Each time power is restored, the relays retain the same state as when the power was last cut off.
Theme and Screen Saver
The Smart Control Panel Mini supports multiple sets of themes and screen savers. In the settings – personalization section, users can choose themes and screen savers according to their aesthetic preferences.

Security Alarm
The Smart Control Panel Mini supports security alarm functionality.When devices such as gas detectors, smoke detectors, water leakage sensors, SOS emergency buttons, etc are triggered at home, the control panel willdisplay a security alarm card to alert users and emit a “beep beep” alarm sound.

Message Notifications
In the settings – message notifications, there is an option for message cards. When this option is enabled, message cards will pop up on the control panel when there are changes in the status of devices such as door locks, door magnets, PIR motion sensors, etc, informing users of the changes in sensor and other device statuses. If users prefer not to be disturbed, they can also disable message card notifications.

Partition Control
The Smart Control Panel Mini supports partition control functionality. Users can select the area to be controlled by this control panel on the screen. This includes options to select: a single room, multiple rooms,or all rooms. Once the desired area is selected for control, only the devices in that area will be displayed on the control panel, while devices from other areas will be hidden and not visible.
There are two ways to set up zones:
- During Boot Guide Setup: In the final step of boot guide setup process, users will be prompted to choose the area they want to control. Follow the prompts to make the selection.
- Settings – Partition Control: In the pull-down page, go to Settings – Partition Control, where users can select and change the room.Changes will take effect automatically after completion.
Language Switching
The Smart Control Panel Mini supports 19 languages (continuously increasing). Users can choose their preferred language for the interface display. There are two entry points for language selection:
- Boot Guide: Language selection is the first step in the boot guide. Once selected, the system will display in the chosen language.
- Settings- Language: In the pull-down page, go to Settings -Language, where users can change the language selection. Changes take effect immediately after completion
24/12-hour Format Switching
In the pull-down page, go to Settings – Date & Time, where you can switch between the 24-hour and 12-hour formats. Changes take effect imm mediately
Sub-device Networking
The Smart Control Panel Mini supports on-screen pairing for Sigmesh sub-devices.
Here’s how to pair Sigmesh sub-devices on the screen:
- Ensure that the Sigmesh sub-device is in pairing mode and is nearby the control panel.
- Swipe down to access the pull-down page, then tap on “Search”.Once the sub-device in pairing mode is found, the pairing process will be completed.
Note: After pairing the sub-device on the control panel, you cannot assign it to a specific room. You’ll need to set the sub-devices room in the app.
Sensor
The Smart Control Panel Mini supports various sensor devices and can display their current status in real-time. In the pull-down page, under “Sensor”, you can view the real-time status and data of all sensors associated with your account.
Device reboot
In the pull-down page, go to Settings – Device & System, then click on “Device reboot” to complete the reboot of the control panel.
Restore factory
In the pull-down page, go to Settings – Device & System, then click on “Restore factory” to delete account binding information and restore the control panel to its factory state.
