Make sure both earbuds are charged. Take them out of the charging case, and they will automatically power on and sync with each other. Open your device's Bluetooth settings, search for 'PrimeAudio', and select it to complete pairing.
Try returning both earbuds to the charging case to reset them. Ensure they are fully charged and the charging contacts are clean. Once removed from the case, wait a few seconds for them to flash and sync to each other before pairing to your audio device.
