Thank you for choosing the Goobay Fixed Pro TV Wall Mount (XL). This mount is designed to securely hold televisions ranging from 43 to 100 inches (109-254 cm) with a maximum weight capacity of 75 kg. Its slim profile positions your TV just 30.5 mm from the wall, offering a sleek and space-saving solution. This manual provides essential information for safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your wall mount.

5.1 Determine TV Mounting Height

5.2 Attach TV Brackets to Television

5.3 Mount Wall Plate to Wall

1. Hold the wall plate against the wall at your desired mounting height. Use the integrated spirit level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal.
2. Mark the drilling locations through the holes on the wall plate with a pencil.
3. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. The size of the drill bit will depend on your wall type (e.g., wood stud, concrete, brick) and the anchors provided.
4. Insert the appropriate wall anchors into the drilled holes.
5. Align the wall plate with the anchors and secure it to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure the wall plate is firmly attached and level.

5.4 Hang TV on Wall Plate

2. Hook the top edges of the TV brackets onto the top rail of the wall plate.
3. Gently lower the TV until the brackets fully engage with the wall plate.
4. The automatic locking mechanism will engage, securing the TV to the wall plate. You may hear a 'click' sound.

6.1 Lateral Movement

Once mounted, your TV can be slid horizontally along the wall plate to achieve optimal centering. Gently push the TV left or right to adjust its position.

6.2 Releasing the TV

To remove the TV from the wall mount, locate the release cords hanging from the bottom of the TV brackets. Pull both cords downwards simultaneously to disengage the automatic locking mechanism. With assistance, carefully lift the TV off the wall plate.

• Difficulty engaging locking mechanism: Ensure the TV brackets are properly seated on the wall plate. The TV should be lowered completely until the mechanism clicks.
