Product Usage Instructions:
Switch On/Off:
To switch on, press the control button for 3 seconds until the
LED flashes. To switch off, press the control button for 3 seconds
until the LED flashes.
Volume Adjustment:
While listening to an audio source, keep the up button pressed
to increase the volume and keep the down button pressed to decrease
the volume.
Change Language:
While the unit is on, keep the control button pressed for more
than 12 seconds to change the language. Release the button when you
hear the announcement in the desired language.
Pairings:
Phone, TFT, GPS Pairing:
To pair with a phone, TFT, or GPS device, ensure the unit is off,
then press the control button for 7 seconds. Follow on-screen
instructions on your device for successful pairing.
Midland Intercom Pairing:
To pair with a Midland intercom device, ensure the unit is on, then
press the control button for 7 seconds. Repeat the process for
additional pairings.
Other Brand Intercom Pairing (Universal
Intercom):
To pair with other brand intercom devices, ensure the unit is on,
then press the control button for 7 seconds. Follow phone pairing
procedure for successful pairing.
Reset Bluetooth Pairings:
To reset Bluetooth pairings, press all buttons together for 3
seconds. The unit will confirm with a flashing notification.
Intercom Operations:
To open/close intercom or OBI manually, press the corresponding
button once. For universal intercom, use the voice call
command.
Phone Call Functions:
Make a Call:
Press the control button twice for voice assistance response and
follow instructions to make a call.
Answer/End a Call:
Press the control button once to answer or end a call.
Automatic Response:
To enable or disable automatic response, press any button for 3
seconds accordingly.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
How many intercom devices can be paired with the BT Mini?
You can pair up to 3 intercom devices, including Midland and
other brands. Pairing additional devices will overwrite previous
pairings.
How do I know if the pairing was successful?
For successful pairing, follow the instructions provided for
each type of device pairing. The unit will flash or provide an
audio confirmation upon successful pairing.
