How do I pair the Tow-Pro Elite remote?
With the trailer attached and vehicle stationary, pump the brakes 3 times to enter pairing mode. Then, on the remote, press and hold the SwayStop and Minus buttons simultaneously until the LEDs flash blue.

Yes, REDARC BCDC Dual Input In-vehicle Battery Chargers (such as BCDC1225D, BCDC1240D, and BCDC1250D) are suitable for charging LiFePO4 lithium type batteries as well as standard lead-acid, gel, and AGM batteries.

What do the flashing error codes mean on my BCDC charger?
A single flash indicates an internal hardware fault, 2 flashes indicate an under-temperature fault, and 3 flashes indicate an over-temperature fault. Check the user manual for a full list of LED diagnostic codes.

Where should I mount the Tow-Pro Main Unit?
The main unit must be mounted securely in a fixed location inside the vehicle cabin. It can be mounted in any orientation, but it must not move or change orientation once installed, as this affects the internal accelerometer calibration.
