Is there an iOS app available for the Falcon or Eagle modules?
Currently, there is no official iOS application available; however, the development team is actively working on releasing one. Updates will be announced on their official webpaetukutuku me nga whaarangi paapori.

What should I do if my EDGE device won't connect to the Android app?
If the device fails to establish a connection within 1 minute, it will automatically power off to save battery. Ensure your Android device is within range, has Bluetooth and Location services enabled, and try reconnecting.

How do I update the firmware on my RC Electronics module?
Firmware updates are done via the RC Electronics Android app. Make sure your smartphone has internet access. When connected to the module, the app will automatically prompt an 'Update to New Version' button if a new release is available.

Can I mount my RC Electronics GPS logger under carbon fiber?
No. Units equipped with built-in GPS antennas should not be mounted directly under carbon or metal surfaces, as these materials block signals and severely compromise GPS reception.

Where can I remotely upload and store my flight data?
You can store and analyze your downloaded IGC flight paths by linking your module to the RCModelSpot cloud platform. Configure your login details on the RC Electronics app to enable automatic uploads.
