Plug the charging cradle into a power outlet not controlled by a light switch. Place the mobile help button into the cradle so the contacts connect. Leave it to charge until the LED light is solid red.

Is the Lifeline mobile device waterproof?
Yes, the mobile help button is waterproof with an IP67 rating, meaning it can be safely worn in the shower or submerged in up to one meter of water for up to 30 minutes.

How do I test my Lifeline system?
Press and hold the help button until you hear a confirmation message. After a short pause, you will be connected and can speak to a Lifeline Response Associate to complete the test.

Does the Lifeline device automatically detect falls?
Selected Lifeline devices, like the HomeSafe with AutoAlert or GoSafe Mobile, feature automatic fall detection which will announce a fall and automatically place an emergency call if you are unable to press the button.
