This manual provides essential instructions for setting up, operating, and maintaining your Poly Edge E220 IP Phone. Please read this guide thoroughly to ensure proper use and to maximize the features of your device.

3. Desk Stand and Wall Mounting
The phone can be used on a desk with its integrated stand or mounted on a wall. The stand can be adjusted to different angles for optimal viewing. For wall mounting, use the integrated wall mount bracket on the back of the phone.

1. Nga Mahi Waea Taketake

2. Keypad and Navigation

3. Speakerphone, Mute, and Volume

4. Contacts and Directory
The phone allows you to store and access contacts. Use the Whaiaronga or Hoapā soft key on the display to manage your contact list. You can add, edit, or delete entries as needed.
5. Hononga Nihokikorangi
The Poly Edge E220 features integrated Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting compatible headsets. To pair a Bluetooth headset:

The phone supports up to 16 lines and contacts, accessible via 4-line keys and a pagination key. This allows for efficient handling of multiple calls and contacts simultaneously.

To clean your phone, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. The device is enhanced with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, which actively reduces the growth of bacteria on its surfaces.
