  • Screwdriver
  • New piston
  • New filter
  • New gasket

Product Usage Instructions

1. Removing the Baseplate

Turn the pump over and remove the four screws holding the plate
to the rubber feet of the pump. Save all hardware. Slip the wires
under the rubber feet to allow enough length to remove the pump
from the mounting plate. Gently pull the pump out of the holes and
rotate to access the front of the pump.

Remove the four brass screws holding the faceplate. Save all
hardware. The front of the pump can now be removed by gently prying
in the slot on the side with a flat blade screwdriver.

3. Exchanging the Piston

Remove the old piston from the cylinder and replace it with the
new piston.

4. Removing the Piston Filter

Remove the screw holding the filter in the front of the pump.
Lift the filter cover plate gently by prying in the slot on the
side. Replace the old filter with a new one and secure with the
original screw.

5. Changing the Gasket

Remove the old gasket and replace it with the new gasket.

6. Reassembling the Pump

Mount the front of the pump back onto the pump body and secure
with original hardware. Place the pump back onto the mounting
bracket and secure it in place with the original hardware.
