Welcome to CAD 01 Cadence Sensor
This manual will guide you on how to quickly use the cadence sensor, please read it carefully.
Download the app and pair it with your phone. Search for “mentech sports” in App Store or Google Play to quickly download the app. After registering an account and logging in, search for Bluetooth devices, select the corresponding cadence sensor, and quickly pair the devices. 2.
Basic Functions
- After installing the cadence sensor controller on the crank, it will automaticallyturn on when starting to ride, and automatically turn off when the ride is over;
- When the battery indicator light changes from green to red, it means that the battery level is less than 10%;
- The battery type is CR2032. When the battery is low and needs to be replaced, a coin needs to be inserted into the groove of the battery cover and rotated counterclockwise by 90 ° to open the battery cover for battery replacement. Please pay attention to the positive and negative directions of the battery.
After-sale service
During the validity period of the Three Guarantees, you may enjoy the right to repair, replace, or return according to this regulation. Repairs, exchanges, or returns should be processed with the purchase certificate.
- Within 7 days from the date of purchase, if the product encounters performance failures caused by non-human factors, after being tested and confirmed by our after-sales service center, you can choose to return, exchange or repair it.
- Within 15 days from the date of purchase, if the product encounters performance failures caused by non-human factors, after being tested and confirmed by our after-sales service center, you can choose to exchange or repair it.
- Within 12 months from the date of purchase, if the product encounters performance failures caused by non-human factors, it can be repaired free of charge after being tested and confirmed by our after-sales service center.
The following situations are not eligible for the three guarantee services mentioned above:
- Malfunctions caused by improper use, maintenance, storage, or failure to operate according to the instructions
- Unauthorized personnel dismantling or repairing without authorization fromour company
- Malfunctions caused by force majeure events such as fires, floods, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc
- Exceeding the validity period of three guarantees, or unable to provide warranty certificates, or unauthorized modification of warranty certificates
- Missing, torn, damaged or forged product serial number (SN) labels, tamper proof labels, etc
