Power Supply:
Use a power adapter that has obtained CCC certification and meets the standard requirements to supply power to the device. Do not use an uncertified adapter.
Battery Safety:
Do not improperly replace the battery as it may cause an explosion. Only replace the battery with one of the same or equivalent type.
Antenna Placement:
If experiencing interference, try the following:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver.
- Connect the equipment to an outlet on a different circuit from the receiver.

Basic operating guidance
- Leading-in books
- Method 1: USB leading-in. Use data wire to connect equipment and computer, and add the needed leading-in books into the root catalog file folder[Books]. Then open [Documents manage] in the equipment, and find the leads in books according to the corresponding classification.
- Method 2: Wiri transter books. Find the Witi transter books in the Application module. After clicking open it, enter an address or scan 2-D code transfer documents according to the instructions.
- Leading-in dictionary
Add the needed leading-in dictionary files into the root catalog file folder [Dict], open the [Dictionarylin the equipment then check the version. - Change the fonts
Add the needed leading-in fonts file into the root catalog file folder [Fonts], then open the local books in the equipment, click [Aal enter into fonts setting then OK. - Download and install third-party apps.
Can search and download your favorite third-party App in [Application shop] or use the Web browser], then finish installation according to equipment reminding. To guarantee the view effect of the electric ink screen, advise you to download and use the reading-type App. - A2 refresh
To better adapt to the online view effect of the electric ink screen, advise you to click open [A2] super speed refreshing when you are using a web browser or third-party App, this can reduce screen flashing effectively. - Renewal nib (for support pen version only)
When renewing the first use the nib clips lightly pick out the original nib then insert the new nib. - Power save technique
- Technique 1: click the [Task manage] atthe top bar, and clean the spare task windows in time.
- Technique 2: click the left side [Snow] icon in the [Application] module, then enter into backstage application manage, reduce the unnecessary backstage starting. Use a power adapter to supply power, you should use a power adapter that has obtained CCC certification and meets the standard requirements.
Attention! If the battery is improperly replaced, there will be a danger of explosion, and it can only be replaced with a battery of the same or equivalent type.

- If you find the reader occurs manufacture materials or technology defaults within 12 months starting from the day that you purchased from distributors, you have the right to use our maintenance guarantee service. But the maintenance guarantee service provided by us can’t extend the whole maintenance guarantee time limit.
- The maintenance guarantee scope does not include the optional accessories, and the fault/damage caused by incorrect operating, error use, or third-party operations. The maintenance guarantee does ot include consumable parts and abrasive parts, for example, batteries can’t be singly used parts finally because they are consumable.
- Maintain guarantee clauses
We provide free maintenance service or replace new machines for you according to the default situation of the products to follow our maintenance guarantee duties. The proprietary rights of the E-book reader and parts thataree replaced by us belong to our company. All products related to complaints will be verified and confirmed by the authorized service center. After discrimination, we will send the equipment to maintain or replace the non-defect equipment. - Execute maintain guarantee
ApplyTotain in guarantee, you need to provide purchase proof (invoice and receipts, etc), point out the purchase date and model/name for the E-book reader, and the claim for the E-book with defects should the maintain guarantee period. - Data backups
When maintaining the E-book reader, we can’t guarantee that still keep the original data of the E-book reader. So, we advise you to do well at data backup in advance before transporting back the equipment for maintenance.
