What is a SIM card?

A SIM card contains your phone number and other necessary data. Your device has a SIM 1&2 slot that supports 4G (LTE).

About the SIM card slot

NOTE:

• The phone can support Dual SIM cards.
• SIM1&2 supports 4G (LTE). If you need an operation 4G, insert the 4G card into slot 1. Some SIM cards may not have 4G function, nor be compatible with your device.
• Please, Consult your service provider for a double card replacement if necessary [fees may occur)

• Make sure the device is turned off and facing down. Hold the device firmly and notch at the bottom corner to loosen it Use material with a hard, thin border on your fingernail or a credit card to carry along the cover, then lift the cover completely.
