Troubleshooting

• Sound cuts out / mic only works when very close: Change the frequency. Open the bottom battery cover, press the SET button, and click through frequencies—the receiver will reconnect automatically.
• No connection/receiver RF light is off / no sound: Perform rematching. Confirm both mic and receiver are powered on, then on the microphone press and hold SET and the Power button together for about 5 seconds until the mic screen signal light flashes. Release, then turn on the receiver (if off). When the receiver RF light flashes 3 times and finishes, click SET on the microphone. When the receiver RF light becomes solid (not flashing), pairing is successful.
• Feedback/squealing: Avoid setting the mic volume too high. Use VOL+ / VOL- to reduce volume.

MIC FUNCTION SKETCH

1. Microphone head: Please speak or sing into this area. (preferably within 20 cm)
2. Display screen: The screen will show the working status and frequency. When you turn on the mic, it will enter power-saving mode in 20 seconds and show only the battery level. A short press of the power button will bring back the full display.
3. Power button: Hold and press this button to turn on or turn off the Mic
4. SET button: Click this button to adjust frequency for pairing. When you click this button, it’ll change different frequencies, and the receiver will connect with the mic automatically.
5.  VOL +: Increase volume.
6. VOL –: Decrease volume.
7. Antenna: The wireless signal comes from here. Try not to hold this part during use.
8. Battery slot: Please insert the included battery into this slot, matching the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.
9. Mic/battery cover: Please screw off this cover to assemble the battery. Also, you need to twist it off to operate the SET button or volume buttons.
10. Charging port: Insert a Type-C cable to charge the mic.

RECEIVER FUNCTION SKETCH

1. 1/4 inch (6.35mm) audio plug: You can plug this receiver into any audio input device, such as a mixer or speaker.
2. ON/OFF power button: Toggle to turn on/off the receiver.
3. Power / Charging indicator:
   • Turn on: Green light.
   • Charging: Red light.
   • Fully charged: Light off.
4. Charging port: Plug in a Type-C cable to charge the receiver.
5. RF signal indicator: This light shows the working status. Working: Steady light on.
   • Rematch: Flashing
   • Not working: Flashing
6. Antenna: Signal transmitted from here. Keep this area unobstructed.
7. Please insert the included battery into this slot, matching the positive (+) and negative (-) ends correctly.

HOW TO USE

• How to connect and use the mic:
  1. Please put the battery into the battery slot of the wireless mic & receiver correctly.
  2. Turn on both the wireless mic and receiver.
  3. Insert the receiver into your speakers or other devices.
  4. The RF indicator of the receiver should be turned on; that means the wireless mic is connected to the receiver successfully. You can use the wireless mic now.
• How to change the frequency:
  1. If the sound cuts out or the mic only works when you stand very close, try changing the frequency.
  2. Open the bottom cap and press the SET button. The number on the mic will change, and the receiver will connect automatically.
• How to adjust the mic volume:
  • Open the bottom cap. Click the VOL+ or VOL– button to change the volume.
  • Please set the volume to a suitable level because if you set it too high, it may cause feedback (squealing).
• How to use the converter
  1. If your speaker’s mic slot is a small jack. Please use the converter.
  2. Plug the receiver’s jack into the converter.
  3. Plug the converter’s jack into your speaker’s small jack.
  4. Now you’re free to use the wireless mic.
     Standard size of mic jack: 1/4 inch (6.35mm).
     Small-size jack: 1/8 inch (3.5mm).

HOW TO REMATCH THE MIC AND RECEIVER

• Only do this if:
  • The mic and receiver are not connecting
  • The receiver’s RF light is off.
  • There’s no sound.
• Steps:
  1. Make sure both the mic and receiver are turned on.
  2. On the mic, press and hold the SET button, then also press and hold the power button.
  3. Keep holding both buttons for about 5 seconds, until the signal light on the mic’s screen starts flashing. Then release both buttons.
  4. Turn on the receiver (if not already on).
  5. The receiver’s RF light will flash 3 times. Please wait until it finishes.
  6. Click the SET button on the mic.
  7. When the receiver’s RF light stays on (solid, not flashing), the pairing is successful.
  8. Now you can use the mic and enjoy your time.

1. Do not place the product in water, fire, or environments with high-frequency or high-voltage interference.

9. When the product is fully charged, do not continue charging for an extended period. (The indicator light should dim or turn off when fully charged.)
10. The maximum ambient temperature should not exceed 40°C.
11. If the product will not be used for an extended period, fully charge the battery, then remove it and store it separately.
12. If the product malfunctions, please contact your dealer or the manufacturer.
