PRE-INSTALLATION NOTICE
- This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle.
- Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended weight limit.
- The installation process may require drilling, professional installation is recommended to ensure personal safety.
- All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification regulations.
INSTALLATION GUIDE
ASSEMBLING THE AIR SPRING
NOTE:
The heat shield s only installed on the passenger side.
REMOVING THE JOUNCE BUMPER AND PLACING THE ASSEMBLY ON THE AXLE
STEP 1: Raise the vehicle and support it using safety stands that the axle can be safely dropped away from the frame and the air spring assemblies can be put into position between the axle and frame.
STEP2. Loosen and remove the jounce bumper from the frame. And keep the removed bolts. 
STEP 3. Place the assembly on the axle. 
INSTALLING THE LOWER BRACKET
STEP 3: Install the lower bracket to the leaf spring side with the U-bolt (9) of the Air spring bag kit list). Then tighten the nuts. 
STEP2.
Install the fastening block (3) of the Air spring bag kit list) to the axle with the carriage bolt (8) of the Air spring bag kit list). Then tighten the bolts with nuts. 
INSTALLING THE UPPER BRACKET
STEP 1. Adjust the assembly so that the air spring is perpendicular to the bottom and top mounting brackets without twisting.
STEP 2. Install the upper bracket (1) of the Air spring bag kit list) to the frame. Then tighten the bolts. 
STEP 3. The installation on the passenger side is the same as on the driver’s side.
INSTALLING THE AIR LINES
STEP 1. Cutthe air line appropriately and push the hose into the fitting then pull back and make sure it’s locked in place.
NOTE:
Must slide the air line protective sleeve over the air line near the exhaust port.
STEP2.
Install the inflatable valve bracket (5) of the Air spring bag kit list) with nylon tie in a selected location, usually at the rear of the vehicle. Then install the Inflation valves on the bracket. Alternatively, drill a /16″ hole directly to mount the inflation valve.
CHECK AIR TIGHTNESS
- Put some air into the air spring bag, then spray a soapy solution on all connections and valves while checking for exiting air bubbles.
