Sensor Anchor Accessory

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Single-patient use only
• Not made with natural rubber latex
• Non-sterile

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Identify the anchor tab and anchor pad squares.
2. To attach the anchor tab to the sensor cable, remove the release liner from the anchor tab and wrap it around the sensor cable.
   note: Do not apply adhesive to the hook and loop portion of the tab.
3. Remove the anchor pad from the release liner and secure the pad to the patient’s skin.
   note: Do not secure to the patient’s clothing.
4. Attach the anchor tab to the anchor pad to secure the sensor cable to the patient. Refer to Fig.1 for an example with an ear sensor application.
