- Use the standard device for installation of SPD at or near the service entrance or transformer < 10’ (3m) (N-G Bonded does not require N-G protection).

Installation
The Mersen STXR 3 Phase Surge Protection device is designed for easy installation. Follow the steps below:
- Ensure power is turned off before starting the installation process.
- Identify a suitable location for mounting the surge protector near the equipment to be protected.
- Connect the surge protector using the provided 3′ pre-wired 10AWG leads.
- Check the LED status indicator after installation to ensure proper functionality.
Operation
Once installed, the surge protector will continuously monitor and protect your critical systems from power surges. Check the LED status indicator periodically to ensure the device is functioning correctly.
