Enabling Apple HomeKit Quick Start Guide

Getting Started:

Step 1: Open the Kirsch Automation App

Open the Kirsch Automation App on your iPhone or iPad. Access the menu and select "HomeKit & Siri". Then, select "Enable".

Step 2: Manually Enter HomeKit Setup Code

Select the option to manually enter the HomeKit setup code.

Step 3: Locate and Enter Setup Code

Locate the setup code on the bottom of the Kirsch Automation Hub and enter it as indicated.

Step 4: Place Hub and Treatments

Place the hub and each window treatment in the appropriate room.

Step 5: Complete Integration

Follow the steps in the Kirsch Automation App to complete the integration. This includes:

  1. Adding your Kirsch Automation Hub and Shades to HomeKit as accessories.
  2. Synchronizing all Shade, Room, and Scene data between the Kirsch Automation and Apple Home apps.
