Installation Instructions
Step 1: Oil Drainage
Completely drain the engine oil through the plug located under the engine.
Step 2: OEM Cover Screw Removal
Unscrew the screw with the washer from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) clutch cover. Refer to Note A for details.
Step 3: OEM Cover Removal
Unscrew all the OEM clutch cover screws and carefully remove the cover.
Step 4: Surface Preparation
Remove any old sealant or gasket paste from the mounting surface by cleaning it thoroughly.
Step 5: O-Ring and Lubrication
Reuse the O-ring as shown in Note B. Lubricate the relevant parts before installing the new clutch cover. Refer to Notes C and D for specific guidance.
Step 6: New Cover Installation
Position the new clutch cover. Apply original Ducati gasket paste (ThreeBond) to the mounting surface. Ensure that the two standard bushings are not dislodged from their original positions.

Ducabike recommends having the installation performed by qualified mechanics or specialized mechanical stores. The company assumes no responsibility for damage to property or persons resulting from incorrect or improper installation.
Specific Installation Note (Page 2):
Attention: Before tightening the screw, ensure the hole is centered with the rear brake oil support.
Torque Specifications:
- Screw TCEI M6x25 (Part 3): 9/10 Nm
- Screw TCEI M6x20 (Part 4): 4/9/10 Nm
- Screw TBEI M5x14 (Part 5): 5 Nm
Cleaning and Maintenance
For cleaning and maintenance:
- Avoid using alkaline or highly acidic degreasers, as these can damage the anodized surface of the parts.
- Use only mild soaps for cleaning.
- Do not use high-pressure washers directly on the components.
