Jasco Products Company LLC (“Jasco”) warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of actual delivery of the products. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unless prohibited by law. This warranty is also non-transferable, is limited to the original, end-user purchaser, and is void if this product's original factory serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of this product only. Under no circumstances shall Jasco be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability or damage to other products that may be used with this product. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the product, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
