TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKLIST
If you lightshow hub is not working, the problem may be: 1. The power source has become disabled or the cord may be unplugged. 2. Something may be blocking the Hub. Insure it is kept in an open area so signals can be received and sent. The recommend distance between the Hub and lighting products is 45 feet or less.
