Start Using Your Smart Watch

1. Download AdorHealth App

   Scan the QR code to download and install the AdorHealth app client.

2. Watch Charging and Activation

   Charge the device to activate it before first use. Plug the charging cable into an adapter or USB port on your computer.

3. Bluetooth Connection

   1. Open the mobile location service and the AdorHealth APP.

   2. In AdorHealth APP, navigate to Device > Add device > Search for Bluetooth and link.

   Important: Do not connect Bluetooth via the phone's background settings. Ensure connection is made through the APP's search function. If Bluetooth is occupied by the phone's background, it may prevent the AdorHealth APP from finding the watch. Release the Bluetooth connection in the phone's background and try searching again via the AdorHealth APP.

   Bluetooth Status Indicators:

   • ? Red line in the bottom right: Bluetooth is not connected and occupied.
   • ? No red line in the bottom right: Bluetooth is connected and occupied.

How to Operate

Navigate the watch interface using simple gestures:

• Slide up and down: Switch between different dial styles on the first screen.
• Slide left: Enter the function directory page.
• Slide right: Enter the quick display page.

Watch Functions

Using in Wet Conditions

The device is water-resistant, meaning it is rain-proof and splash-proof, suitable for workouts. However, do not swim with the smartwatch. It is also not recommended to shower with the wristband, as continuous wear without drying can affect skin breathability. Always dry the bracelet thoroughly before wearing it again after it gets wet.

Using Quick View

Check the time or phone messages without touching the screen. Simply turn your wrist towards you, and the time screen will appear for a few seconds.

Sports Modes

Select from 18 available sports modes (up to 9 can be displayed). The watch synchronizes data like heart rate, calories burned, and speed during activities. You can pause or stop the movement.

Sports Record

The sports ring tracks and records your steps, distance covered, and calories burned.

Sleep Statistics

Enable sleep detection via the app to automatically record sleep data, including total sleep time, deep sleep, and light sleep time. Detailed analysis and records are available in the app.

Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Oxygen

Heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen data can be independently detected through the wrist strap. The app allows setting an alarm for excessively high heart rates, which will trigger a vibration when the threshold is exceeded.

Female Health Assistant

By enabling menstrual prediction in the mobile app, you can easily track your menstrual cycle. The watch will provide reminders based on the days from the start of your cycle.

Mindfulness Decompression

Breathing exercises can help release stress effectively. Perform these exercises for two minutes, five times a day. You can use the mobile app to start a mindfulness decompression reminder period.

Weather Information

The weather page displays current weather, air quality information, minimum and maximum temperatures. Slide one page to preview the weather for the next three days.

Alarm

Add and set alarm times through the app. Synchronize the watch to display alarm times and turn alarms on or off.

Stopwatch

Use the stopwatch function to time, start, or reset timing.

Play Music

Control music playback on your connected phone. Switch between the last and next song, play or pause music, and adjust volume.

Look for Mobile Phone

Click the icon to locate your paired mobile phone.

Push Message

The watch can receive and display notifications from your phone. Open corresponding social applications via the app for notifications. The watch message page can store up to 80 message records.

Camera Control

When connected to your phone, the watch can act as a remote control for the phone's camera. Open the watch's camera control page to trigger the phone's camera shutter. Shaking the phone can also trigger photos via the mobile app.

Settings

Access watch settings to adjust brightness, screen time, perform factory resets, restart the device, or view the application's QR code.

Drinking Reminder

Set your daily drinking goal and drinking times through the mobile app. The smartwatch will remind you to drink water to meet your daily goal.

Sedentary Reminder

Enable the sedentary reminder via the mobile app. Set the reminder period, and the watch will prompt you to get up and move on time.

Dial Settings

Replace watch dials at will and customize settings. You can also edit photos and send them to the watch synchronously.

OTA Upgrade

Update the device's firmware through the mobile app.
