TOPDON ArtiLink 300 Quick Start Guide
Device Overview
The TOPDON ArtiLink 300 is a compact automotive diagnostic tool. Key components include:
- OBDII Cable: Connects the tool to the vehicle's diagnostic port.
- LCD Screen: Displays information and menus.
- Up Button: Navigates upwards in menus.
- Confirm Button (OK): Selects options.
- Down Button: Navigates downwards in menus.
- Exit or Return Button: Exits current screen or returns to the previous menu.
Preparation
Before starting diagnostics, ensure the following:
- The vehicle's ignition is turned on.
- The vehicle battery voltage is between 9 and 18 volts.
- The vehicle's throttle is in the closed position.
Starting Diagnostics
Follow these steps to begin diagnostics:
- Locate the vehicle's OBDII Data Link Connector (DLC) port.
- Connect the ArtiLink 300's OBDII cable to the vehicle's DLC port.
Upon connection, the ArtiLink 300 will power on automatically and be ready for use.
