1000 Wall Unit Assembly

Important Information

Caution: Some pieces of hardware could be hazardous to small children. Keep all these items out of reach and do not leave children unattended in the assembly area. ?

Please read these instructions carefully before proceeding. Some of the units are quite large and may have to be assembled in the room where they are to be installed.

Note: Due to variation in wall conditions no screws are supplied for fixing the units to the wall. If in doubt consult an expert. Assemble the unit on a clean solid work surface. Screws for joining cabinets together are not supplied. ?️

In the interest of continuing improvements we reserve the right to amend or adjust the specifications without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. These units have been designed to give you years of pleasure and satisfaction. You can help to maintain the original beauty of your kitchen by following these guidelines.

Cleaning: Any spillage, even water, should be removed from the surface immediately. Remove any marks with a soft damp cloth and mild household detergent. Wipe over with a damp cloth to remove any excess moisture and dry with a soft, clean cloth. Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners or pigmented glass cleaners. ?

Every effort has been made to ensure that this product leaves the factory in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or incorrect, please follow these instructions:

Replacement fascias/doors: Please call 01132 013495 between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your batch number and product code ready to quote from the side of the box in order to request a replacement. On receipt of all the required information this will be despatched directly to your home within five working days. ?

Replacement, damaged or incorrect fittings or cabinet parts: Please contact the store where the item was purchased for replacements. ?

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Attach component A to component B using hardware 154084 (8 pieces). Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram. ➡️

Step 2

Attach component A to component B using hardware 154004 (8 pieces). ➡️

Step 3

Attach component A to component B using hardware 154085 (8 pieces). ➡️

Step 4

Connect panel A to panel B using hardware 154084 (8 pieces). The diagram shows a close-up of the connection points and indicates "Do Not Over Tighten" with a warning symbol ⚠️. The assembly sequence is marked as 'Start' and 'Locked'.

Step 5

Connect panel A to panel B using hardware 154004 (8 pieces). The diagram shows a close-up of the connection points and indicates "Do Not Over Tighten" with a warning symbol ⚠️. The assembly sequence is marked as 'Start' and 'Locked'.

Step 6

Attach panel F to panel E using hardware 152214 (2 pieces). ➡️

Step 7

Assemble the main frame by connecting the previously assembled parts. Hardware reference 152214 (2 pieces) is shown. ➡️

Step 8

Attach panel A to the assembled frame using hardware 154084 (8 pieces). The diagram shows a close-up of the connection points and indicates "Do Not Over Tighten" with a warning symbol ⚠️.

Step 9

Attach panel A to the assembled frame using hardware 154004 (8 pieces). The diagram shows a close-up of the connection points and indicates "Do Not Over Tighten" with a warning symbol ⚠️.

Step 10

Attach component G to the assembled unit using hardware 150126 (6 pieces) and 152213 (3 pieces). ➡️

Step 11

Attach component G to the assembled unit using hardware 150199 (2 pieces). ➡️

Step 12

Attach component B to the assembled unit using hardware 150204 (8 pieces) and 152214 (2 pieces). ➡️

Step 13

Attach component B to the assembled unit using hardware 150204 (8 pieces) and 152214 (2 pieces). ➡️

Step 14: Installation Instructions

Mark positions on the wall. Diagram shows measuring 60mm and 17mm from edges, and using a spirit level to ensure the unit is positioned correctly. ?

Step 15: Installation Instructions

Attach mounting brackets (Ref. 152201, 2 pieces) to the unit. Note: Use the bottom screw to ensure the unit is flush to the wall. Wall fixings are not supplied. ?

Step 16: Installation Instructions

Mount the unit to the wall. Use appropriate wall fixings (not supplied). Diagram shows securing the unit with screws (length <25mm, not supplied) into brackets. ?

Step 17: Installation Instructions

Mount the unit to the wall. Use appropriate wall fixings (not supplied). Diagram shows securing the unit with screws into brackets. ?

Step 18

Attach component C to the unit. Hardware Ref. 154024 (5 pieces) is used. ➡️

Step 19

Attach component C to the unit. Hardware Ref. 150101 (8 pieces) is used. ➡️

Step 20

Assemble door hinges. Diagram shows attaching hinge plates (Ref. 151701, 4 pieces) to the unit. ➡️

Step 21

Assemble door hinges. Diagram shows attaching hinge plates (Ref. 151701, 4 pieces) to the unit. Note: Do not over tighten screws or use a power screwdriver. ⚠️

Step 22

Attach hinge arms to the doors. Diagram shows using hardware Ref. 151999 (4 pieces). ➡️

Step 23

Attach doors to the unit. Diagram shows connecting the hinge arms to the hinge plates. ➡️

Step 24

Adjust hinges for proper door alignment. Diagram shows adjustment screws on the hinges. ⚙️

Step 25

Final check of door alignment. Diagram shows the assembled unit with doors. ?

Step 26

Diagram shows a piece of scrap wood being used as a guide for screwing. ?
