Clearing Pairing Records
If the earbuds are not connected to a Bluetooth device or are disconnected, tap the touch keys on both the left and right earbuds 5 times. This will clear the pairing records with previously connected Bluetooth devices and the earbuds will automatically turn off. This function is useful for:
- When both earbuds fail to pair and reconnect.
- When earbuds are connected by other Bluetooth devices.
- When earbuds have been connected to multiple Bluetooth devices, causing long and unstable connection times.
- When pairing records need to be cleared.
Note: If a single earbud has no sound or cannot be paired, follow the reset operation described above.
Low Battery Alarm
When the earbud voltage is below 3.3V, a prompt will sound, and the earbud indicator light will flash red every 5 seconds until powered off.
Disconnection
When out of effective connection range or when Bluetooth is manually disconnected on the smart device, the main earbud indicator will flash red and blue alternately, and the secondary earbud light will turn off. A "Disconnected" prompt will be heard.
Automatic Reconnection
After powering on or disconnecting, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last connected smart device within the effective range.
Earbud Charging
Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically turn off and begin charging. The earbud indicator light will be solid red and turn off when fully charged.
The charging case will charge the earbuds and display the current battery level and charging status on its screen. When the earbuds are fully charged, the charging indicator light will turn off, and the charging case screen will stop displaying the charging status, eventually turning off after 15 seconds.
Charging Case Charging
When the charging case battery is low, connect it to a standard 5V power adapter using the Type-C charging cable. The charging case screen will light up and display the current battery level. When fully charged, the screen will display "100" and remain lit.
Note: When Bluetooth earbuds are connected to a smart device and switched to game mode, the usage time and connection distance may be reduced.
