C.Click on the switch button again and make sure it is fully depressed. It might take more power when it is new. If the issue remains, please contact our customer service. If not, inspect both devices. B.Check the video output setting. Some displays might not be able to show graphics output that exceeds its highest setting. The connection is working, but transfer speed is significantly slower A.Please make sure to use this product as the sole connection between devices. Mixing other cable or hub products with lower standards will slow down the speed. B.You are advised to reboot the computer after a significant graphics setting change. Not doing so might slow down the performance. The connection is working, but PD fast-charging is not working A.Make sure to connect the USB according to the instructions by using the correct connectors. B.Make sure all the devices connected support PD fast charging. C.Make sure the power supply provides enough power for PD fast charging. D.If an extra cable is used, make sure it is fully PD rated.
