Product Introduction

1.1 - Front

Description of the front of the SPACE speaker, including the light ring and touch panel. The light ring indicates status: Blue for Alexa ready, Red for microphone off, and Yellow for setup mode.

1.2 - Back

Description of the back of the SPACE speaker. Features include Bluetooth pairing, power cable connector, factory reset button, and AUX-in port. The Bluetooth status LED indicates: solid white when connected, off when disconnected, and blinking white when pairing.

Touch Panel

The touch panel allows control of the speaker. Touching it illuminates icons for various functions:

• Volume down control
• Play / Pause control
• Volume up control
• Microphone ON/OFF control for voice assistant

Audio modes available: 360° / Stereo / Movie.

Product Setup

1. Plug the included power cable into SPACE.
2. Plug the included power adaptor into a power outlet.
3. The light ring will begin to spin blue.
4. After approximately one minute, the light ring will turn yellow, indicating SPACE is ready for setup.
5. Download and open the Cleer SPACE app (available for iOS or Android) on your phone or tablet.
6. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and press the MODE icon on SPACE for 5 seconds to enter setup mode.
7. After setup, open the Cleer SPACE app, tap on SPACE, and then tap "Amazon Alexa Login" to sign in with your Amazon account. Alexa will then be available.

Note:

• If the setup process does not start automatically, open the Cleer SPACE app and select "Add a new device".
• During setup, SPACE requires an internet connection to access Amazon services. Ensure your Wi-Fi password is ready.
• To connect via Bluetooth, activate pairing mode by pressing the Bluetooth button on the back of SPACE.

Factory Reset: To reset SPACE to factory settings, unplug it from the power source. Press and hold the reset button with a pin. While holding the button, reconnect the power source. Continue holding the reset button until the light ring flashes blue, then release the pin. After about a minute, the light ring will turn yellow, indicating the device is ready for setup.

Cleer Limited Warranty (United States Only)

Cleer Limited warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase when bought directly from Cleer Limited or an authorized retailer. Cleer Limited will, at its option, repair the product with new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or refurbished product. "Refurbished" means returned to original specifications. These are the exclusive remedies for defects.

Labor Warranty

For one (1) year from the original purchase date, Cleer Limited will, at its option, repair or replace defective products with new or refurbished items. If replacement occurs after the Labor Warranty expires but within the Parts Warranty period, labor charges may apply.

Parts Warranty

For one (1) year from the original purchase date, Cleer Limited will supply new or refurbished replacement parts for defective components.

This warranty covers hardware components only. It does not cover technical assistance for hardware or software usage, nor software products, which are provided "AS IS" unless specified otherwise in an enclosed software Limited Warranty. Refer to End User License Agreements for software rights.

Obtaining Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, deliver the Product, freight prepaid, in its original or equivalent protective packaging to the original Cleer Limited retailer or Cleer Limited Customer Service. It is the user's responsibility to back up any data, software, or other materials. Cleer Limited is not responsible for loss or damage to such materials during service. A dated purchase receipt from Cleer Limited or a retailer is required.

Repair / Replacement Warranty

Any repair, replacement part, or replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. Replaced parts or products become Cleer Limited property.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

• Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless failure is due to defects in materials or workmanship.
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, broken plastic).
• Defects from normal wear and tear or aging.
• Damage from accident, negligence, abuse, misuse, fire, earthquakes, acts of God, or liquid damage beyond approved levels.
• Damage from operating the device outside Cleer Limited guidelines.
• Service performed by unauthorized personnel.
• Products with tampered seals or removed/defaced serial numbers.
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs by unauthorized parties.
• Failure to comply with environmental and storage requirements.
• Use with third-party devices not provided or recommended by Cleer Limited.

This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States.

Limitation on Damages

Cleer Limited is not liable for incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.

Duration of Implied Warranties

Except as prohibited by law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty.

The warranty stated is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Cleer Limited disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. Cleer Limited does not warrant that the product will meet customer requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free. No advice or information, oral or written, creates a warranty not expressly stated.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental/consequential damages or implied warranty duration, so these limitations may not apply to the user. The Limited Warranty grants specific legal rights, and users may have other rights varying by state.

Recycling

The product is designed with high-quality, recyclable materials. The crossed-out wheel bin symbol indicates compliance with European Directive 2002/96 EC.

Do not dispose of the product with household waste. Follow local rules for separate collection of electrical and electronic products to prevent negative environmental and health consequences. Batteries are covered by European Directive 2006/66/EC and cannot be disposed of with normal household waste.
