Operating Modes

Timer Function

The timer can be used to delay the appliance's start-up or shut down, helping to optimize operating periods and save electricity.

Alarm of Bucket Full

When the water bucket is full, the "Tank Full" symbol will flash. The compressor and fan will shut off. After a 3-minute delay, a beeping noise will sound. The unit will not run again until the bucket is emptied and properly placed back inside. The bucket should be cleaned weekly with a mild detergent to prevent mold and bacteria growth. Ensure it is completely dry before re-installing.

Note: Hold the bucket with both hands when emptying.

Note: When the bucket is full or removed, the compressor turns off, but the fan may continue to run for a few minutes. This is normal.

Note: Do not place a full bucket on the floor as it may spill due to an uneven bottom.

Note: It is normal for the unit to exhaust warm air from the top during operation.

Continuous Drainage

Connect the drainpipe to the unit's drain hole for continuous operation without needing to empty the bucket.

  1. Place the unit on a level floor, remove the bucket, and take out the bucket chip.
  2. Install the drainpipe onto the drain nozzle.
  3. Replace the bucket correctly, ensuring the drainpipe passes through the designated gap without being pressed.
  4. Press the [ON/OFF] button to run the unit.

Note: If continuous drainage is not needed, remove the drainpipe and replace the bucket correctly; water will then flow into the bucket.

Drainpipe Installation: Please install the drainpipe as shown in the diagrams. Incorrect installation may prevent proper drainage.

Correct Drainage Setup: The drainpipe is positioned correctly, allowing water to flow downwards into a container or drain.

Incorrect Drainage Setup: Diagrams show incorrect placements where water might spill or not drain properly.

Important Notice: If the unit is placed on an unlevel surface or the drainpipe is not installed correctly, water may splash out from the bucket, causing the unit to stop. Check the ground for levelness and ensure the drainpipe is correctly installed. The bucket must also be installed correctly.

Automatic Defrost

When frost builds up on the evaporator coils, the compressor cycles off, and the fan continues to run until the frost disappears. The compressor and fan will then restart automatically.
