Within the scope of the TV Neo QLED, OLED, and The Frame Pro Premium Cashback Promotion (18.08.-29.09.2025), participants will receive a specific cashback upon purchasing one of the following Neo QLED, OLED, and The Frame Pro TVs.

This promotion applies exclusively to the purchase of one of the following Samsung devices from authorized resellers located in Switzerland or Liechtenstein and supplied by Samsung Electronics Switzerland GmbH.

Promotion Period
The promotion runs from August 18 to September 29, 2025. The purchase date indicated on the proof of purchase is valid. Participations with a purchase date outside the promotion period will not be considered.
Participation Limits
The offer is limited to one participation per appliance per household.
Registration Requirements
To receive the cashback, registration is required by the deadline at fr.tv-promo.samsung.ch. For registration verification, in addition to personal contact details (including IBAN and BIC code), you must provide the appliance's serial number and upload a receipt/invoice that clearly and fully shows the purchase date, point of sale/reseller, type of appliance purchased, and purchase price.
Registration Deadline
Registrations close on October 12, 2025; subsequent registrations will not be considered.
Participant Eligibility
Final customers (customers purchasing products for personal use) residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein with a delivery address in these countries can participate.
Cashback Payment
If all requirements indicated in these participation conditions are met, participants will receive an email confirmation and, within 8 weeks from that date, the cashback amount to the postal/bank account they provided. The cashback is non-transferable and its value cannot be paid out in cash.
Returns and Cashback
In case of TV return (revocation of the purchase contract), the right to cashback is forfeited. In case of incomplete return, the difference may be invoiced.
Samsung's Rights
Samsung reserves the right to invalidate incomplete, untruthful, or non-compliant participations with these participation conditions. Samsung also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the promotion prematurely at any time in case of technical failure or other important reasons. Furthermore, Samsung reserves the right to invalidate participations for which untruthful, misleading, or fraudulent documents are presented, and to resort to legal measures against such participants.
Data Privacy
Personal data provided at the time of participation in this promotion will be processed exclusively for the correct execution of the promotion in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy (available at www.samsung.com/ch/info/privacy/). Personal data will be retained by Samsung only to the extent and for the time necessary for the realization and processing of the promotion. The data will then be deleted, unless there are legal retention obligations.
Governing Law
This promotion is subject to Swiss law. The competent court is Zurich.
