SIM Card Tray
The SIM card tray supports the following configurations:
- Dual Nano-SIM cards
- One Nano-SIM card and one Micro SD card

About Dual SIM
- Dual 4G SIM is offered by select telecom operators and may not be available in all regions.
- Supports dual nano-SIM cards. When using both SIM card slots, either card can be set as the primary card.
- VoLTE is only supported by telecom operators in certain regions.
- System may be automatically updated for optimal network performance. For details, please refer to the system version in use on the device.
- Please do not insert non-standard SIM cards into the SIM card slot. They may damage the SIM card slot.
- WARNING: Do not disassemble this device.

General Safety
- Use of unauthorized cables, power adapters, or batteries can cause fire, explosion, or pose other risks. Use only authorized accessories compatible with your device.
- This device's operating temperature range is 0°C to 40°C. Using this device outside this range may damage it.
- If your device has a built-in battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself.
- Charge this device only with the included or authorized cable and power adapter. Using other adapters may cause fire, electric shock, or damage.
- After charging, disconnect the adapter from the device and power outlet. Do not charge for more than 12 hours.
- The battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Mishandling the battery may cause fire or explosion. Dispose of or recycle according to local regulations.
- Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or burn the battery. If deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately.
- Do not short circuit the battery, as this may cause overheating, burns, or other injury.
- Do not place the battery in high-temperature environments; overheating may cause explosion.
- User shall not remove or alter the battery. Removal or repair must be done by an authorized repair center.
- Keep your device dry.
- Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Contact customer support or an authorized repair center for issues.
- Connect other devices according to their manuals. Do not connect incompatible devices.
- For AC/DC adapters, the socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment and be easily accessible.
Environmental & Situational Precautions
- Observe all applicable laws and rules restricting mobile phone use in specific situations and environments.
- Do not use your phone at petrol stations or in any explosive atmosphere (e.g., fueling areas, below decks on boats, fuel/chemical storage facilities, or areas with dust/metal powders). Obey signs to turn off wireless devices. Turn off your phone in blasting areas or areas requiring "two-way radios" or "electronic devices" to be turned off.
- Do not use your phone in hospital operating rooms, emergency rooms, or intensive care units. Comply with all hospital rules. If you have a medical device (e.g., pacemaker), consult your doctor and the manufacturer. Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between your phone and a pacemaker. Use the phone on the ear opposite your pacemaker and do not carry it in a breast pocket. Avoid use near hearing aids, cochlear implants, or other similar medical devices.
- Observe aircraft safety regulations and turn off your phone on board aircraft when required.
- When driving, use your phone in accordance with traffic laws.
- To avoid lightning strikes, do not use your phone outdoors during thunderstorms.
- Do not use your phone to make calls while it is charging.
- Do not use your phone in places with high humidity, such as bathrooms, as this may result in electric shock, injury, fire, and charger damage.
Security Statement
Please update your phone's operating system using the built-in software update feature, or visit an authorized service outlet. Updating software through other means may damage the device or result in data loss or security issues.

RF Exposure Information (SAR)
This device complies with Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limits for general population/uncontrolled exposure (Localized 10-gram SAR for head and trunk, limit: 2.0W/kg) specified in Council Recommendation 1999/519/EC, ICNIRP Guidelines, and RED (Directive 2014/53/EU).
During SAR testing, the device transmitted at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands and was placed in positions simulating RF exposure against the head (no separation) and near the body (5 mm separation).
SAR compliance for body operation is based on a 5 mm separation distance. The device should be carried at least 5 mm away from the body. When attaching the device near the body, use a belt clip or holster without metallic components that maintains at least 5 mm separation. RF exposure compliance was not tested or certified with any accessory containing metal worn on the body, and use of such body-worn accessory should be avoided. Any accessory used with this device for body-worn operation must keep the device a minimum of 1.0 cm away from the body.
