Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assemble Corner Frame
Attach parts 1 and 4 to the sides of part 2 using 12 screws (B). Attach parts 1 and 4 to the sides of part 3 using 4 screws (B). Connect part 2 to part 3 using 4 screws (B).
Step 2: Assemble Drawer Box
Attach the drawer bottom panel (part 22) to the drawer side panel (part 21) using 2 screws (G). Attach the drawer bottom panel (part 22) to the drawer front panel (part 23) using 4 screws (G).
Step 3: Attach Internal Supports
Insert 4 cam dowels (E) into part 18. Attach part 17 to part 3 using 4 screws (B). Rotate part 3 by 180 degrees. Secure part 17 to part 3 using 2 cam locks (P).
Step 4: Assemble Cabinet Frame
Attach the two angled supports (part 16) to the frame (part 24) using 4 screws (F) and 2 cam locks (D). Also, use 4 wooden dowels (P) for alignment.
Step 5: Attach Side Panels
Attach panel 26 to vertical support 9 using 2 screws (A) and 3 screws (G). Attach panel 25 to vertical support 9 using 2 screws (A) and 3 screws (G).
Step 6: Attach Back Supports
Attach angled support 15 to panel 26 using 6 screws (A) and 3 screws (G). Attach angled support 15 to panel 25 using 6 screws (A) and 3 screws (G).
Step 7: Assemble Main Cabinet Body
Attach the corner structure (parts 1, 2, 3, 4) to panel 25 using 8 screws (A). Attach the corner structure to part 2 using 4 screws (C) and 4 screws (G). Attach the corner structure to panel 25 using 2 screws (O).
Step 8: Attach Shelf Supports
Attach vertical support 11 to panel 7 using 2 screws (A). Attach vertical support 12 to panel 8 using 2 screws (A).
Step 9: Attach Shelves
Attach the two angled supports (part 16) to panel 7 using 4 screws (A). Attach the two angled supports (part 16) to panel 8 using 6 screws (A).
Step 10: Attach Main Frame to Shelves
Attach the corner structure (part 3) to panel 7 using 4 screws (A) and 4 screws (G).
Step 11: Attach Side Panels to Shelves
Attach panel 6 to panel 5 using 2 screws (A). Attach panel 6 to panel 13 using 2 screws (A).
Step 12: Attach Main Frame to Shelves
Attach panel 6 to panel 5 using 3 screws (A) and 3 screws (G).
Step 13: Assemble Cabinet Sections
Attach panel 5 to part 4 using 4 screws (A) and 4 screws (G).
Step 14: Connect Cabinet Sections
Attach part 2 to part 3 using 4 screws (A) and 4 screws (C).
Step 15: Connect Cabinet Sections
Attach part 2 to part 4 using 4 screws (A) and 4 screws (C).
Step 16: Attach Drawer Front and Base
Attach drawer front panel (part 23) to the main structure using 6 screws (A) and 4 cam locks (C). Attach the base to the structure using 2 screws (O).
Step 17: Insert Shelf Pins
Insert 8 cam dowels (E) into the pre-drilled holes of part 4.
Step 18: Attach Door Hardware
Attach 4 hinges (F) to the door panel (part 24). Attach 1 handle (J) to the door panel (part 24).
Step 19: Assemble Drawers (Repeat 3 Times)
For each drawer: Attach the two drawer side panels (part 27) to the drawer bottom panel (part 29) using 12 screws (B) and 12 cam locks (C). Attach the drawer front panel (part 28) to the assembled drawer box using 3 screws (G) and 3 cam locks (J). Attach the drawer runners (parts 30 and 31) to the drawer sides using 3 screws (G) and 3 cam locks (J).
Step 20: Install Drawers and Secure Cabinet
Slide the assembled drawers into their respective slots in the cabinet. For safety, it is recommended to secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided wall anchors (N x1) and screws (H x3).
Step 21: Attach Final Hardware
Attach L-shaped bracket (M) to the cabinet. Attach screw (L) to the bracket. Place decorative caps (Q) over visible screw heads (x4+1).
