Thank you for choosing the FreedConn (路翼) HERO helmet Bluetooth communication intercom headset. By purchasing FreedConn products, you receive dedicated protection and hassle-free after-sales service. All products are manufactured to the highest standards of performance and safety, backed by a 2-year full warranty as part of our commitment to customer service and satisfaction. We hope your purchase provides many years of high-quality experience.
Safety Tips: Wearing a FreedConn helmet headset while riding reduces your ability to hear ambient sounds. Prolonged listening at maximum volume, combined with temporary adaptation, can impair hearing of soft sounds and may lead to permanent hearing damage.
Warm Reminder: For optimal sound quality, ensure the headset unit is within 2mm of your ear during installation. Please charge your HERO battery for at least 2 hours before first use.
