Key ergonomic features include:
- A foldable handle that facilitates easy carrying and doubles as an angled stand for improved viewing angles.
- A 10.4-inch super-sensitive capacitive touch screen, ensuring accurate diagnostic display and efficient operation.
- A standard QWERTY keyboard combined with shortcut keys to streamline clinical workflows.
- Support for multiple languages and a variety of peripherals, making it adaptable to diverse user requirements.
An optional trolley is available to enhance the device's mobility.
The machine is equipped with an innovative multi-axis thermal printer, capable of accurately tracing each dot of the ECG waveform.
Performance
Accurate Waveform
The iMAC 120 delivers highly accurate waveforms through:
- 12-lead synchronous acquisition and display.
- A high digital sampling rate of up to 32000Hz.
- A 24-bit A/D converter for precise signal capture.
- An ultra-wide frequency response range (0.01-350Hz), suitable for acquiring signals from patients of all ages, from pediatric to elderly.
- The proprietary iFilter™ adaptive filtering technology, which significantly enhances the quality of ECG signals.
Glasgow Algorithm
The iMAC 120 incorporates the Glasgow ECG algorithm, a highly regarded interpretive algorithm with over 40 years of history, recognized among the top three resting ECG interpretive algorithms globally. It provides auto-diagnosis capabilities.
With its extensive database, the Glasgow Algorithm offers enhanced diagnostic accuracy by considering patient demographics such as gender, age, and race, as well as medication history. Research indicates its superior sensitivity and specificity in detecting ST elevation myocardial infarction (MI) when compared to ESC/AAC criteria.
This technology is supported by the University of Glasgow, renowned for its academic excellence.
Function
The iMAC 120 features robust report management capabilities, including preview, query, editing, printing, and transmitting of reports.
It is designed to intelligently detect and accurately record the working status of pacemakers.
The device supports various sampling modes: Real-time, Pre-sampling, Triggering-sampling, and Period sampling. Additionally, R-R Histogram and R-R chart visualizations are available.
Optional TVCG (Vectorcardiography) and VCG functions are offered. VCG analysis is fundamental to ECG waveform interpretation and is crucial for diagnosing conditions such as myocardial infarction, bundle branch block, and ventricular hypertrophy.
Connectivity
The iMAC 120 provides flexible connectivity options, allowing integration via both WiFi and wired network connections.
Reports can be seamlessly transmitted to hospital information systems (HIS, PACS, EMR) using standard international protocols like DICOM, HTTP, and SAMBA.
Supported data transmission formats include PNG, DCM, XML, HL7, PDF, JPG, GDT, and ZQECG.
