Installation

CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY AND COMMERCIAL WARRANTY TERM OF WARRANTY: The products identified in this certificate based on the trade name and the sole series number S/N benefit by a commercial warranty as follows: The warranty period for natural persons is 24 months as of the delivery date for the manufacturing and material defects. The warranty period for legal entities is 12 months as of the delivery date for the manufacturing and material defects. The cables, adaptors, consumables, batteries, accumulators, battery chargers, transformers, microphones, earphones, aerials which are part of the products or are delivered with them shall have a commercial warranty of 6 months as of the date of the product sale to the end consumer. The term of warranty shall be calculated as of the invoicing date of each product individually. The average term of the product service life is 48 months subject to the compliance with the assembly and operation instructions accompanying the product. WARRANTY CONDITIONS: In accordance with the legal warranty, the seller shall be held liable against the consumer for any missing conformity existing at the time where the products were delivered. The consumer should inform the seller on any missing conformity within months as of the date of ascertaining it. Until proven otherwise, the missing conformity encountered within 12 months as of the product delivery is considered as having existed upon its delivery time, unless the presumption is incompatible to the nature of the product or the missing conformity. Following the product detection after the first 12 months as of the purchase fate, as the non-conformity is not presumed any longer, the prove for its existence shall be in the consumer´s charge. In case of the missing conformity, the consumer shall be entitled to claim to the seller, as a remedy, in this sequence: the product repair, the product replacement without any payment unless the claim is impossible or disproportional or the return of the product counter-value, in accordance with the legal provisions and without any additional cost for the buyer. The return of the product counter-value shall be made at the value fixed as per the contract. The supplier shall have the same obligations for the replaced product as for the initially sold product. There shall not be considered as missing conformity if upon the execution of the sale and purchase contract, the consumer was aware or could not reasonably be aware of such missing conformity. In case of any latent defects encountered during the average service life, the consumer shall be entitled to claim the remedy or the replacement of the products which may not be used for the purpose for which they were realized. DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD: The defect liability period of the deficiencies encountered on products shall be maximum 15 calendar days as of their receiving in service. The downtime shall extend accordingly the warranty term and shall elapse as of the registration time in the service unit and up to the time when the product is returned to conformity by remedy or replacement by a compliant product. The warranty assurance shall be made at the supplier´s working point located in Piatra Neam, 26A Olteniei Street.

The product shipping to any service shall be made only after obtaining a RMA number after the customer filling-in of RMA form from http://rma.pni.ro or via the courier agreed by the supplier. In order to benefit by the warranty, the product should be submitted as accompanied by the warranty certificate, the purchase invoice or the fiscal receipt and all accessories it was delivered and the parcel should be provided with the RMA number received from the supplier. LOSS OF WARRANTY: The following situations shall determine the loss of warranty: - Missing intact labels or warranty seals; - Non authorized interventions including repairs executed by persons or entities non-authorized by the manufacturer; - The buyer´s failure to comply with the handling, transport, storage, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance conditions provided in the documentation accompanying the product or under the conditions contravening the technical standards of Romania; - The thermal, mechanical and plastic damages of the products due to the hits, exposures at heat sources, fires, accidents, vibrations, bad weather conditions or negligence in operation; - The use of batteries, sources of battery charger or accessories other than those approved by the manufacturer; - The product has traces of food products, contact with liquid whatsoever (water, solvents, oils, paints, acids etc.) and this contact is proven by traces of oxidation or by the present liquids on any surface of the product: - The discrepancy between the series number listed on the certificate and that listed on the product; - The use for purposes other than those for which it was designed (the products are intended only for domestic uses); - The use of the products under inappropriate conditions: inappropriate supply voltage, moisture, dust. The seller shall not be held liable to any problems of compatibility with the accessories purchased from other companies. Also, we shall take no liability for the subassemblies which are used on systems which are not consistent, as performances, with the manufacturer specifications. Our company shall take no liability for any losses of data, pictures, shootings, software which might occur as a result of any defects; therefore, we insist on the need to provide back-up for any important data upon the time of claiming warranty for a product presumed as defect. The commercial warranty shall not impair the consumer rights provided by the applicable legislation in force, namely Emergency Government Ordinance 140/28.12.2021 on certain issues related to contracts for the sale of goods, the Government Ordinance 21/1992 on the consumer protection as subsequently amended and supplemented by Law 296/2004 on the consumption code as subsequently amended and supplemented. Installation

GARANTIESCHEIN UND HANDELSGARANTIE Garantiedauer Für die Produkten identifiziert im Garantieschein aufgrund der Handelsbezeichnung und aufgrund der Seriennummer S/N wird folgende Handelsgarantie gewährt: Die Garantiefrist für physische Personen beträgt 24 Monate ab dem Lieferdatum für Herstellungsfehler und für Sachmängel. Die Garantiefrist für juristische Personen beträgt 12 Monate ab dem Lieferdatum für Herstellungsfehler und für Sachmängel. Die Kabel, die Adaptern, die Verbrauchmaterialien, die Batterien, die Akkus, die Versorger, die Trafos, die Mikrophonen, die Kopfhörer, die Antennen, die Zubehör der Produkten sind oder die zusammen mit den Produkten geliefert werden, haben eine Handelsgarantie von 6 Monaten ab dem Verkauf des Produkten am Endverbraucher. Die Garantiefrist wird ab dem Rechnungsdatum für jedes einzelne Produkt berechnet. Die durchschnittliche Nutzungsdauer beträgt 48 Monaten unter der Bedingung, dass die mitgelieferte Montageanweisung und die Gebrauchsanweisungen eingehalten werden. Garantiebedingungen Laut geltender Gesetzgebung, haftet der Verkäufer für jede vorhandene Nichtkonformität als die Produkten geliefert wurden. Der Verbraucher muss den Verkäufer über die Nichtkonformität innerhalb von 2 Monaten ab dem Feststellungsdatum informieren. Bis zum Gegenbeweis, wird es vermutet, dass die in den 12 Monaten ab der Lieferung der Produkten aufgetretene Nichtkonformität im Moment der Lieferung existierte, mit Ausnahme sind die Fälle, wenn die Vermutung mit der Natur der Produkten oder mit der Nichtkonformität nicht kompatibel ist. Wenn das Produkt nach 12 Monaten ab dem Erwerb kaputtgeht, kann die Nichtkonformität nicht mehr vermutet werden, und der Verbraucher ist verpflichtet die Nichtkonformität zu beweisen. Bei einer Nichtkonformität, hat der Verbraucher das Recht vom Verkäufer, als Reparaturmaßnahme, Folgendes, in dieser Reihenfolge, zu beantragen: Reparatur des Produkten, Ersatz des Produkten ohne Zahlung Ausnahme ist die Situation wenn die Anfrage unmöglich oder nicht proportional ist oder Rückzahlung des ProduktenGegenwertes laut legalen Vorschriften und ohne zusätzliche Kosten für den Käufer. Der Gegenwert des Produkten wird laut vertraglichen Normen zurückgezahlt. Der Lieferant hat dieselben Verpflichtungen für das ersetzte Produkt als die für das ursprünglich verkaufte Produkt. Es gilt nicht als Konformitätsmangel die Tatsache, dass beim Vertragsabschluss der Verbraucher die Nichtkonformität kannte oder die Tatsache, dass es vernünftigerweise unmöglich war, dass er über die Nichtkonformität nicht informiert wurde. Bei versteckten Mängeln, die während der durchschnittlichen Nutzungsdauer auftreten, hat der Verbraucher das Recht eine Reparatur oder Ersatz der Produkten zu verlangen, wenn die Produkte für die Herstellungszwecke nicht benutzt werden können. Reparaturen während der Garantiezeit Die Reparaturfrist der Fehler beträgt höchstens 15 Kalendertage ab Empfang in Service. Die Zeit, wenn die Produkten nicht funktionieren, verlängert entsprechend die Garantiefrist und läuft ab der Eintragung des Produkten im Service und bis am Datum, wenn das Produkt repariert wird oder mit einem konformen Produkt

ersetzt wird. Die Reparaturen erfolgen am Arbeitsort des Lieferanten gelegen in Piatra Neamt, Straße Olteniei, Nr.26 A. Die Produkte werden erst nach Erhalt einer RMA-Nummer an den Service gesendet, nachdem der Kunde das RMA-Formular von der Adresse http://rma.pni.ro oder durch den vom Lieferanten vereinbarten Kurier ausgefüllt hat. Um die Garantie zu bekommen, muss das Produkt mit Garantieschein, Erwerbsrechnung oder Kassenzettel und mit allen mitgelieferten Zubehörteilen vorgelegt werden. Auf der Verpackung muss die von Lieferanten zugeteilter RMA-Nummer eingetragen werden. Garantieverlust Für folgende Situationen wird keine Garantie gewährt: - Keine Etiketten oder keine intakten Garantiesiegel - Nicht autorisierter Eingriff einschließlich Reparaturen durch Firmen oder Personen, die vom Hersteller nicht autorisiert wurden. -Nichteinhaltung vom Käufer der Bedingungen für Handhabung, Transport, Aufbewahren, Installierung, Betrieb, Nutzung und Wartung oder Nichteinhaltung der Bedingungen laut technischen Standards in Rumänien. - Thermische, mechanische und plastische Beschädigung der Produkten in Folge von Schlägen, Wärmequellen, Bränden, Unfällen, Vibrationen, Gewitter oder Nachlässigkeit - Nutzung von nicht konformer Batterien, Versorgungsquellen oder von anderen Teilen, die vom Hersteller nicht genehmigt wurden. - Wenn das Produkt Lebensmittelspuren, Flüssigkeiten (Wasser, Lösungsmittel, Öl, Farben, Säuren) enthält und das kann durch Oxidationsspuren oder Flüssigkeiten auf der Produktenfläche, bewiesen werden. - Nichtübereinstimmung zwischen Seriennummer im Garantieschein und Seriennummer auf dem Produkt - Nutzung für andere Zwecke (die Produkten werden nur für Hausgebrauch benutzt) - Nutzung der Produkten in nicht entsprechenden Bedingungen: nicht entsprechende Versorgungsspannung, Feuchtigkeit, Staub. Der Verkäufer haftet nicht für eventuelle Kompatibilitätsproblemen mit den von anderen Firmen erworbenem Zubehör. Wir haften auch nicht für Komponenten, die in ihren Leistungen den Spezifikationen des Herstellers nicht entsprechen. Unsere Firma haftet nicht für Daten-, Foto-, Filmen- und Softwareverluste, die als Folge von Beschädigungen entstehen könnten. Deshalb bitten wir Sie dringend, dass Sie Sicherungskopien für alle wichtigen Daten machen, wenn Sie die Garantie für ein eventuell defektes Produkt beantragen. Die Handelsgarantie beeinträchtigt nicht die Rechte des Verbrauchers laut anwendbarer geltenden Gesetzgebung, bzw. Instalación
1. Con un destornillador, quite el tornillo del costado del botón de acceso y separe el soporte de montaje del cuerpo principal del botón. 2. CERTIFICADO DE CALIDAD Y GARANTÍA COMERCIAL PERÍODO DE GARANTÍA: Los productos identificados en este certificado según el nombre comercial y el número de serie S/N, se benefician de una garantía comercial de la siguiente manera:El período de garantía para las personas naturals es de 24 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega para los defectos de fabricación y de material. El período de garantía para las personas jurídicas es de 12 meses a partir de la fecha de entrega para los defectos de fabricación y de material. Los cables, adaptadores, consumibles, baterías, acumuladores, fuentes de alimentación, transformadores, micrófonos, auriculares, antenas que se incluyen en los productos o vienen con ellos tienen una garantía de 6 meses desde la fecha de venta del producto hacia el consumidor final. El período de garantía se calcula a partir de la fecha de facturación de cada producto. El tiempo medio de uso del producto es de 48 meses, sujeto a las instrucciones de instalación y funcionamiento que acompañan al producto. CONDICIONES DE GARANTÍA: Según la garantía legal, el vendedor es responsable ante el consumidor por cualquier falta de conformidad en el momento de la entrega de los productos. El consumidor debe informar al vendedor de la falta de conformidad dentro de los 2 meses posteriores a la fecha en que lo notó. A menos que se demuestre lo contrario, la falta de conformidad que se produce dentro de los 12 meses posteriores a la entrega del producto se presume que existió en el momento de la entrega a menos que la presunción sea incompatible con la naturaleza del producto o la falta de conformidad. Después de una falla del producto después de los primeros 12 meses a partir de la fecha de compra, debido a que ya no se presume el incumplimiento, la prueba de su existencia es la responsabilidad del consumidor. En el caso de que se produzcan defectos ocultos dentro del período medio de uso, el consumidor tiene el derecho de reclamar una solución o reemplazo de productos que no se pueden usar para el propósito para el cual fueron hechos. REPARACIÓN EN GARANTÍA: El remedio para los defectos en los productos dura hasta 15 días naturales después de su llegada al servicio. El tiempo de inactividad prolonga efectivamente el período de garantía y fluye desde el momento del registro del producto en la unidad de servicio y hasta la fecha en que el producto se pone en conformidad por reparación o reemplazo con un producto correspondiente. La garantía se proporciona en el punto de venta del proveedor ubicado en Piatra Neamt, Olteniei Street, no. 26A. La entrega de los productos al servicio se realiza solo después de obtener un número de RMA después de que el

cliente complete el formulario de RMA en http://rma.pni.ro o a través del servicio de mensajería acordado por el proveedor.. Para poder beneficiarse de la garantía, el producto debe estar acompañado por el certificado de garantía, la factura de compra o el recibo de impuestos y todos los accesorios con los que se ha entregado, y el número de RMA recibido del proveedor debe estar inscripcionado en el paquete. PÉRDIDA DE LA GARANTÍA: Lo siguiente hace que el producto sea eliminado de la garantía: - La falta de las etiquetas o sellos de garantía - Intervenciones no autorizadas, incluidas las reparaciones realizadas por individuos o compañías no autorizadas por el fabricante; - El comprador no cumple con las condiciones de manejo, transporte, almacenamiento, instalación, puesta en servicio, uso y mantenimiento proporcionados en la documentación que acompaña al producto o bajo condiciones que son contrarias a las normas técnicas rumanas; - Daños térmicos, mecánicos y plásticos a los productos debidos a golpes, exposición a fuentes de calor, incendios, accidentes, vibraciones, intemperismo o negligencia en el uso; - Uso de baterías, fuentes de alimentación o accesorios que no sean los aprobados por el fabricante; - El producto tiene trazas de contacto de alimentos con líquidos de cualquier tipo (agua, disolventes, aceites, pinturas, ácidos, etc.) y este contacto se demuestra mediante rastros de oxidación o la presencia de líquidos en cualquier superficie del producto; - Inconsistencia entre el número de serie inscrito en el certificado y el ingresado en el producto; - Uso para fines distintos de aquellos para los que fue diseñado (los productos son solo para uso doméstico); - Uso de productos en condiciones inadecuadas: tensión de alimentación, humedad, polvo. El vendedor no es responsable de los problemas de compatibilidad con los accesorios adquiridos de otras empresas. Tampoco asumimos ninguna responsabilidad por los subconjuntos que se utilizan en sistemas que no coinciden con el rendimiento de las especificaciones del fabricante. Nuestra empresa no se responsabiliza por la pérdida de datos, fotos, grabaciones, software que puedan deberse a fallas de funcionamiento, por lo que insistimos en la necesidad de realizar copias de seguridad de todos los datos importantes al solicitar la garantía de un producto defectuoso. CERTIFICAT DE QUALITÉ ET DE GARANTIE COMMERCIALE DURÉE DE LA GARANTIE: Les produits identifiés dans ce certificat en partant de la dénomination commerciale et du numéro unique de série S/N, bénéficient d'une garantie commerciale comme suit: La période de garantie pour les personnes physiques est de 24 mois à partir de la data de livraison pour les défauts de fabrication et de matériel. La période de garantie pour les personnes morales est de 12 mois à partir de la data de livraison pour les défauts de fabrication et de matériel Les câbles, les adaptateurs, les consommables, les batteries, les accumulateurs, les chargeurs, les transformateurs, les microphones, les casques, les antennes qui font partie de la composition des produits ou qui sont fournis avec les produits, ont la garantie commerciale de 6 mois à partir de la date de la vente du produit à l'utilisateur final. La période de garantie est calculée à partir de la date de la facture pour chaque produit. La durée moyenne d'utilisation du produit est de 48 mois à condition de respecter les instructions de montage et utilisation qui sont attachées au produit. MINSÉG BIZONYLAT ÉS KERESKEDELMI GARANCIA A GARANCIA ID: Az ezen bizonylatban megtalálható termékek a kereskedelmi nevük és az egyedüli szériaszámuk alapján (S/N) a következ kereskedelmi garanciában részesülnek: Általános személyek esetében a jótállási id 24 hónap a gyártás és az anyaghiba szállítási idejétl számítva. A jótállási id jogi személyek esetében 12 hónap a gyártás és az anyaghiba szállítási idejétl számítva. A kábelek, adapterek, égk, elemek, akkumulátorok, töltk, transzformátorok, mikrofonok, fülhallgatók és antennák, amelyek a termék részei vagy a termékkel együtt kerülnek kiszállításra, mind 6 hónapos jótállást élveznek a vásárló irányában történ eladás idejétl számítva. A jótállás idszaka minden termék esetében egyenként kerül kiszámításra a számlázási idtl számítva. A termék általános élettartama 48 hónap figyelembe véve a termék megfelel és használati követelményeit és a termékkel járó utasítások betartását. Installazione
1. Utilizzando un cacciavite, rimuovere la vite sul lato del pulsante di accesso e separare la staffa di montaggio dal corpo principale del pulsante. 2. Una volta scelta la posizione di installazione, praticare dei fori nel muro vicino ai fori sulla staffa di montaggio. Fissare la staffa di montaggio a parete con le viti. 3. CERTIFICATO DI QUALITÀ E GARANZIA COMMERCIALE DURATA DELLA GARANZIA: I prodotti identificati in questo certificato in base al nome commerciale e al numero di serie S/N beneficiano di una garanzia commerciale come segue: Il periodo di garanzia per le persone fisiche è di 24 mesi dalla data di consegna per difetti di fabbricazione e di materiale. Il periodo di garanzia per le persone giuridiche è di 12 mesi dalla data di consegna per difetti di fabbricazione e di materiale. Cavi, adattatori, consumabili, batterie, accumulatori, alimentatori, trasformatori, microfoni, cuffie, antenne che fanno parte dei prodotti o in dotazione con i prodotti hanno una garanzia di 6 mesi dalla data di vendita del prodotto al consumatore finale. Il periodo di garanzia è calcolato dalla data di fatturazione di ciascun prodotto. Il tempo medio di utilizzo del prodotto è di 48 mesi, a condizione che vengano seguite le istruzioni per l'installazione e l'uso che accompagnano il prodotto. CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA: Sotto la garanzia legale, il venditore è responsabile nei confronti del consumatore per qualsiasi difetto di conformità esistente al momento della consegna dei prodotti. KWALITEITSCERTIFICAAT EN COMMERCIËLE GARANTIE GARANTIE: De producten die in dit certificaat zijn geïdentificeerd op basis van de handelsnaam en het enige serienummer S/N genieten als volgt een commerciële garantie: De garantietermijn voor natuurlijke personen is 24 maanden vanaf de leverdatum voor fabricage- en materiaalfouten. De garantieperiode voor rechtspersonen is 12 maanden vanaf de leverdatum voor fabricage- en materiaalfouten. Op de kabels, adapters, verbruiksmaterialen, batterijen, accu's, batterijladers, transformatoren, microfoons, oortelefoons, antennes die deel uitmaken van de producten of erbij geleverd worden, geldt een commerciële garantie van 6 maanden vanaf de datum van de productverkoop aan de eindgebruiker. De garantietermijn wordt berekend vanaf de factuurdatum van elk product afzonderlijk. De gemiddelde levensduur van het product is 48 maanden, onder voorbehoud van naleving van de montage- en bedieningsinstructies die bij het product worden geleverd. GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN: In overeenstemming met de wettelijke garantie is de verkoper aansprakelijk jegens de consument voor elke ontbrekende conformiteit die bestond op het moment dat de producten werden geleverd. De consument moet de verkoper binnen enkele maanden na de datum van constatering op de hoogte stellen van een ontbrekende conformiteit. Tenzij het tegendeel is bewezen, wordt de ontbrekende conformiteit die binnen 12 maanden na de levering van het product wordt aangetroffen, geacht te hebben bestaan op de leveringstermijn, tenzij het vermoeden onverenigbaar is met de aard van het product of de ontbrekende conformiteit. Na de productdetectie na de eerste 12 maanden vanaf het lot van de aankoop, aangezien de non-conformiteit niet langer wordt vermoed, komt het bewijs van het bestaan voor rekening van de consument. In het geval van de ontbrekende conformiteit, heeft de consument het recht om bij de verkoper een beroep te doen op de verkoper, als remedie, in deze volgorde: de reparatie van het product, de vervanging van het product zonder enige betaling - tenzij de claim onmogelijk of onevenredig is - of de teruggave van de tegenwaarde van het product, in overeenstemming met de wettelijke bepalingen en zonder extra kosten voor de koper. De tegenwaarde van het product wordt geretourneerd tegen de waarde die in het contract is vastgelegd. De leverancier heeft voor het vervangen product dezelfde verplichtingen als voor het oorspronkelijk verkochte product. Er wordt niet als ontbrekende conformiteit beschouwd als de consument bij de uitvoering van de koop- en verkoopovereenkomst op de hoogte was of redelijkerwijs niet op de hoogte kon zijn van een dergelijke ontbrekende conformiteit.In geval van verborgen gebreken die tijdens de gemiddelde levensduur zijn opgetreden, heeft de consument het recht om de remedie of de vervanging van de producten te claimen die niet mogen worden gebruikt voor het doel waarvoor ze zijn gerealiseerd.. GEBREK AANSPRAKELIJKHEIDSTERMIJN: De defectaansprakelijkheidsperiode van de tekortkomingen die zich voordoen op de producten bedraagt maximaal 15 kalenderdagen vanaf het moment dat ze in gebruik zijn genomen. De uitvaltijd zal overeenkomstig de garantietermijn verlengen en zal verstrijken vanaf de registratietijd in de service-unit en tot het moment waarop het product weer conform is gemaakt door middel van een oplossing of vervanging door een conform product. De garantie wordt verstrekt op het werkpunt van de leverancier in Piatra Neam, 26A Olteniei Street.

De producten worden pas naar de service gestuurd na het verkrijgen van een RMA-nummer nadat de klant het RMA-formulier heeft ingevuld vanaf het adres http://rma.pni.ro of via de koerier die is goedgekeurd door de leverancier.Om aanspraak te kunnen maken op de garantie, moet het product worden overlegd in combinatie met het garantiecertificaat, de aankoopfactuur of de fiscale bon en alle geleverde accessoires en het pakket moet worden voorzien van het RMA-nummer dat van de leverancier is ontvangen.. VERLIES VAN GARANTIE: De volgende situaties bepalen het verlies van de garantie: - Ontbrekende intacte labels of garantiezegels; - niet - geautoriseerde interventies inclusief reparaties uitgevoerd door personen of entiteiten die niet geautoriseerd zijn door de fabrikant; - Het verzuim van de koper om te voldoen aan de voorwaarden voor behandeling, transport, opslag, installatie, inbedrijfstelling, bediening en onderhoud voorzien in de documentatie bij het product of onder de voorwaarden die in strijd zijn met de technische normen van Roemenië; - De thermische, mechanische en plastische schade van de producten als gevolg van stoten, blootstelling aan warmtebronnen, branden, ongevallen, trillingen, slechte weersomstandigheden of nalatigheid tijdens het gebruik; - Het gebruik van batterijen, bronnen van batterijlader of accessoires die niet door de fabrikant zijn goedgekeurd; - Het product heeft sporen van voedingsproducten, contact met welke vloeistof dan ook (water, oplosmiddelen, oliën, verf, zuren enz.) En dit contact wordt bewezen door sporen van oxidatie of door de aanwezige vloeistoffen op elk oppervlak van het product: - De discrepantie tussen het serienummer vermeld op het certificaat en dat vermeld op het product; - het gebruik voor andere doeleinden dan waarvoor het is ontworpen (de producten zijn alleen bedoeld voor huishoudelijk gebruik); - Het gebruik van de producten onder ongeschikte omstandigheden: onjuiste voedingsspanning, vocht, stof. De verkoper kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor compatibiliteitsproblemen met accessoires die bij andere bedrijven zijn gekocht. Ook aanvaarden wij geen aansprakelijkheid voor de subassemblages die worden gebruikt op systemen die qua prestaties niet consistent zijn met de specificaties van de fabrikant. Ons bedrijf aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor enig verlies van gegevens, foto's, opnames en software die kunnen optreden als gevolg van defecten; daarom dringen we aan op de noodzaak om een back-up te maken van alle belangrijke gegevens op het moment dat we garantie claimen voor een product dat als defect wordt beschouwd. 1. Cu ajutorul unei surubelnite, scoateti surubul de pe partea laterala a butonului de acces si separati suportul de montaj de corpul butonului. 2. Dupa ce ati ales locatia de instalare, faceti gauri in perete in dreptul orificiilor de pe suportul de montaj. Fixati suportul de montaj de perete cu ajutorul suruburilor. 3. Efectuati conexiunile. 4. Fixati corpul butonului de acces de suportul de montaj si strangeti la loc surubul din partea laterala.

CERTIFICAT DE CALITATE I GARANIE COMERCIAL DURATA GARANIEI: Produsele identificate în acest certificat pe baza denumirii comerciale i a numrului unic de serie S/N, beneficiaz de o garanie comercial dup cum urmeaz: Perioada de garanie pentru persoane fizice este de 24 luni de la data livrrii pentru defectele de fabricaie i de material. Perioada de garanie pentru persoane juridice este de 12 luni de la data livrrii pentru defectele de fabricaie i de material. Cablurile, adaptoarele, consumabilele, bateriile, acumulatorii, alimentatoarele, transformatoarele, microfoanele, ctile, antenele care intr în componena produselor sau se livreaz împreun cu acestea au garanie comercial de 6 luni de la data vânzrii produsului ctre consumatorul final. Termenul de garanie se calculeaz de la data facturrii fiecrui produs în parte. Durata medie de utilizare a produsului este de 48 luni cu condiia respectrii instruciunilor de montaj i utilizare care însoesc produsul. CONDIII DE GARANIE: În conformitate cu garania legal, vânztorul este rspunztor fa de consumator pentru orice lips a conformitii existent la momentul cand au fost livrate produsele. Consumatorul trebuie s informeze vânztorul despre lipsa de conformitate în termen de 2 luni de la data la care a constatat-o. Pân la proba contrar, lipsa de conformitate aprut în termen de 12 luni de la livrarea produsului se prezum c a existat la momentul livrrii acestuia, cu excepia cazurilor în care prezumia este incompatibil cu natura produsului sau a lipsei de conformitate. În urma defectrii produsului dup primele 12 luni de la data achiziionrii, pentru c neconformitatea nu se mai prezum, dovedirea existenei acesteia cade în sarcina consumatorului. În cazul lipsei conformitii, consumatorul are dreptul de a solicita vânztorului, ca masur reparatorie, în aceast ordine: repararea produsului, înlocuirea produsului fr plat - exceptând situaia în care solicitarea este imposibil sau disproportionat sau restituirea contravalorii produsului, în conformitate cu prevederile legale i fr nici un cost suplimentar pentru cumprtor. Restituirea contravalorii produsului se face la valoarea stabilit în contract. Furnizorul are aceleai obligaii pentru produsul înlocuit ca i pentru produsul vândut iniial. Nu se consider a fi lips de conformitate dac în momentul încheierii contractului de vânzare-cumprare consumatorul a cunoscut sau nu putea, în mod rezonabil, s nu cunoasc aceasta lips de conformitate. În cazul unor vicii ascunse aprute în cadrul duratei medii de utilizare, consumatorul are dreptul de a pretinde remedierea sau înlocuirea produselor care nu pot fi folosite în scopul pentru care au fost realizate. REPARAII IN GARANIE: Termenul de remediere a deficienelor aprute la produse este de maxim 15 zile calendaristice de la primirea acestora în service. Timpul de nefuncionare prelungete în mod corespunztor termenul de garanie i curge din momentul înregistrrii produsului în unitatea de service i pân la data la care produsul este adus la conformitate prin remediere sau înlocuire cu un produs conform.

Asigurarea garaniei se face la punctul de lucru al furnizorului situat in Piatra Neam, str. Olteniei, nr. 26A. Expedierea produselor ctre service se face doar dup obinerea unui numr RMA în urma completrii de ctre client a formularului RMA de la adresa http://rma.pni.ro sau prin curierul agreat de furnizor. Pentru a putea beneficia de garanie, produsul trebuie prezentat însoit de certificatul de garanie, factura de achiziie sau bonul fiscal i toate accesoriile cu care s-a livrat, iar pe colet trebuie trecut numrul RMA primit de la furnizor. PIERDEREA GARANIEI: Urmtoarele situaii determin scoaterea produsului din garanie: - Lipsa etichetelor sau a sigiliilor de garanie intacte; - Intervenii neautorizate inclusiv reparaii executate de persoane sau firme neautorizate de productor; - Nerespectarea de ctre cumparator a condiiilor de manipulare, transport, pstrare, instalare, punere în funciune, utilizare i intreinere prevzute în documentaia ce însoete produsul sau în condiii ce contravin standardelor tehnice din România; - Deteriorari termice, mecanice i plastice ale produselor datorate loviturilor, expunerii la surse de cldura, incendiilor, accidentelor, vibraiilor, intemperiilor sau neglijenei în utilizare; - Folosirea de baterii, surse de alimentare sau accesorii altele decât cele aprobate de producator; - Produsul prezint urme de produse alimentare, de contact cu lichid de orice natur (ap, solveni, uleiuri, vopsele, acizi etc.) iar acest contact este dovedit prin urme de oxidare sau prin prezena de lichide pe orice suprafa a produsului; - Neconcordana între numrul de serie înscris pe certificat i cel înscris pe produs; - Utilizarea în alte scopuri decât cele pentru care a fost conceput (produsele sunt destinte doar utilizrii casnice); - Utilizarea produselor în condiii neadecvate: tensiune de alimentare necorespunztoare, umiditate, praf. Vânztorul nu rspunde de eventualele probleme de compatibilitate cu accesoriile achiziionate de la alte firme. De asemenea, nu ne asumm nici o rspundere pentru subansamblele care sunt folosite pe sisteme ce nu corespund ca performane cu specificaiile productorului. Firma noastr nu îi asum rspunderea pentru pierderi de date, fotografii, filmari, soft ce ar putea surveni ca urmare a unor defeciuni, de aceea insistm asupra necesitii de a face back-up pentru orice date importante în momentul solicitrii garaniei pentru un produs presupus defect. Garania comercial nu afecteaz drepturile consumatorului prevzute prin legislaia aplicabil în vigoare, respectiv Ordonana de Urgen 140/28.12.2021 privind anumite aspecte referitoare la contractele de vânzare de bunuri, OG 21/1992 privind protecia consumatorilor cu modificrile i completrile ulterioare i Legea 296/2004 privind codul consumului cu modificrile i completrile ulterioare. În calitate de cumprtor, declar c am fost informat cu privire la faptul c vânzatorul prelucreaz date cu caracter personal.
