Portal Series Gateway Quick Start Guide
Getting Started
Step 1: Download and Setup
Download the Helium App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Create a Helium Wallet within the app.

Step 2: Connect Hardware
Attach the provided antenna to the Portal Series Gateway. Connect the power adapter and plug it into a power outlet to power up the gateway.

Step 3: Enable Bluetooth Pairing
Press and hold the BT KEY button on the gateway for 5 seconds. The LED indicator will flash at quick intervals, signaling that Bluetooth is ready for connection.

Step 4: Add Gateway to App
In the Helium app, navigate to add a hotspot. Select "Portal series gateway" from the list of available devices.

Step 5: Bluetooth Pairing
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone. In the Helium app, connect to your Portal series gateway by selecting it from the Bluetooth scan results.

Step 6: Connect to Wi-Fi
Select your desired Wi-Fi network from the list presented in the Helium app. Enter the Wi-Fi password to establish the network connection for your gateway.
