Diagrams and Operation
Switch Operation: The flashlight features a dual-switch system. The main switch (right) controls high-output modes: single clicks cycle through Turbo, High, Med, and Low. The auxiliary switch (left) controls low-output modes: single clicks cycle through Eco, Low, Med, and High. Pressing and holding the auxiliary switch cycles through Strobe and SOS modes. The main switch can be used for instant Turbo activation (press and hold for 1.2 seconds when off), and the auxiliary switch for instant Strobe (press and hold for 1.2 seconds when off).
USB Ports: The flashlight is equipped with a USB Type-C port for charging the internal battery and a USB-A port for discharging (acting as a power bank). The diagram illustrates connecting a USB Type-C cable for charging and a USB Type-C cable to a digital device for discharging.
Output Lumens vs. Runtime Graphs: Two graphs illustrate performance. The "HIGH-OUTPUT MODE" graph shows that Turbo (18000 lumens) and High (12000 lumens) modes experience a significant drop in output within the first few hours due to thermal regulation, stabilizing at lower levels. The "LOW-OUTPUT MODE" graph displays more consistent lumen output across Eco, Low, Med, and High modes, with significantly longer runtimes.

Note: Specifications are based on Fenix's laboratory testing using the included 7.2V/12000mAh battery pack under controlled conditions (21±3°C, 50%-80% humidity). Actual performance may vary with environmental conditions. Turbo output measurement includes runtime at reduced levels due to thermal regulation.
Intelligent Features & Operation
Intelligent Memory Circuit
The light memorizes the last selected output mode (excluding Strobe and SOS). When turned on again, it recalls the previously used output.
Charging
To charge, switch off the light, connect the USB Type-C cable to the light and the USB-A end to a power source. Charging indicators will show progress, and all five indicators will be solid when charging is complete. Ensure the anti-dust cover is closed after charging.
Power Bank Function
To use as a power bank, switch off the light, connect a USB Type-C cable to the light's USB-A port, and connect the other end to a digital device. Single-click either switch to begin discharging; indicators will show remaining battery level. Ensure the anti-dust cover is closed.
Notes: Only Eco mode is available during charging. Normal charging time is approximately 4 hours with a 45W adapter. Recharge stored lights every four months.
Battery Level Indication
With the light switched off, single-click either switch to check the battery status (lasts 3 seconds):
- Five blue lights on: 100%-80%
- Four blue lights on: 80%-60%
- Three blue lights on: 60%-40%
- Two blue lights on: 40%-20%
- One blue light on: 20%-0%
Intelligent Brightness Downshifting Sensor
The flashlight has a sensor that detects proximity (approx. 60mm) for over 1.5 seconds. It automatically downshifts to Eco mode to prevent high temperatures. When the light head moves away for over 0.8 seconds, it recalls the previous output level. Slight deviations in sensing distance may occur based on object material and color.
Intelligent Overheat Protection
When the flashlight's temperature reaches 60°C or above during extended high-output use, it automatically reduces brightness to manage heat. Once the temperature drops below 60°C, users can reselect modes.
Low-Voltage Warning
When battery voltage drops below a preset level, the flashlight automatically downshifts to lower brightness modes. If it reaches the Eco mode and the voltage is critically low, the leftmost battery indicator will continuously blink blue, signaling the need for recharging.
Usage and Maintenance
- Disassembling the sealed head can cause damage and void the warranty.
- Lock the light to prevent accidental activation during storage or transport.
- Recharge stored batteries every four months to maintain optimal performance.
- Periodic cleaning of battery contacts with rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab can improve performance if the light flickers or fails to illuminate due to dirty contacts.
- Contact an authorized distributor if issues persist.
