How This Promotion Works
- Purchase a participating Krups NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machine from September 1st to December 31st, 2025.
- During the same period, purchase 3 NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto capsule packs (16 capsules each) from any participating retailer in the Netherlands or via the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto webshop.
Note: Only 16-capsule packs are eligible. Starbucks, XL, and special value packs are excluded. - Submit your claim:

Important Notes
Participants must retain the original proof of purchase for both the coffee machine and the 3 NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto capsule packs to submit the claim. The date on the receipt serves as the purchase date.
Promotion Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is valid for purchases made between September 1st and December 31st, 2025, from participating retailers in the Netherlands or the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto webshop.
- Purchases of machines made directly from the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto webshop are excluded from this specific offer.
- The offer provides a refund. NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto will refund the cost of 3 NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto capsule packs (16 capsules each) plus up to €50 or €30 of the coffee machine's purchase price. The refund for the machine covers the difference between the purchase price on the receipt and the promotional price after cashback. If the purchase price is lower than the promotional price, no machine refund will be issued. Starbucks, XL, and special value packs are excluded.
- Claims must be submitted by January 14th, 2026.
- Refunds will be processed to a valid Dutch bank account.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
- Maximum one claim per person per promotion.
- This offer is intended for consumers only, excluding traders, resellers, and intermediaries.
- Incomplete or incorrect claims will not be processed.
- Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 and over.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of claim approval.
