FOR UP TO ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase, according to the tiers set forth below. YEAR 1 Warranty Information. Warranty covers defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. EATEX will send replacement parts for any defective parts to the purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident commercial use, damage from abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Scratches, stains, and discoloration are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any damages if it wasn't used or followed by the EATEX Use and Care Manual.
