Safety Instructions and Precautions
General Safety:
- Do not look directly into the drone's light.
- Do not treat the product as household waste.
- Do not fly over or near obstacles, crowds, lakes, public roads, high-voltage power lines, or trees.
- Do not use the drone in severe weather conditions, including wind, snow, rain, fog, smoke, hail, lightning, tornadoes, or hurricanes.
- Keep away from rotating propellers and motors to avoid small objects (e.g., hair) getting caught.
- This product is not a toy and is not recommended for users under 14 years old.
- Always maintain visual line of sight of your drone. Do not use the camera's view to control your drone.
- This drone does not come with a GPS module. Keep the drone within control range and always keep an eye on the flight.
- This product is not intended for professional aerial photography.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, obtain necessary permits, and understand the risks. You are responsible for adhering to all flight regulations.
Maintenance and Care:
- Carefully inspect the drone after a crash or violent impact.
- Do not charge the battery if it is hot. Let it cool down first.
- Remove batteries from both the drone and the remote controller if they will not be used for a long time.
- Disconnect the charger once fully charged.
- Store the drone in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid direct contact of the drone with water or other liquids. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth if it gets wet.
- Do not charge the battery near flammable materials such as carpets, floors, or countertops, or on surfaces with electrical conductors. Do not leave the battery unattended while charging.
- Keep the battery away from sharp objects that could puncture it to avoid explosion and fire risks.
- Drone LEDs will flash when the drone battery is low during flight.

Product Description
The drone consists of the following parts:
- Head
- Body
- Tail
- Propellers
- Propeller Guards

Preparation for Flight
- Unfold the rear arms, then the front arms.
- Remove the gimbal cover from the drone's camera.
- Install the propeller guards on the drone: Remove the small plastic cap from the rotor housing and insert the propeller guard into the rotor housing.
- Charge the drone battery. Full charge takes approximately 90 minutes. Charging indicator: Red LED. Fully charged indicator: Green LED.
- Install the drone battery after it is fully charged.
- Insert batteries into the remote controller (3 x AAA batteries, not included). The remote controller will beep if the battery power is low.
- Open the phone clamp if needed.
Flight Guide
Important Notes:
- Ensure you turn on the drone first, then the remote controller for each flight.
- Repeat the pairing procedure each time the drone or controller is restarted.
- Calibration is necessary to avoid losing the drone.
- For all flight functions and modes, the drone's head and tail must be aligned.
- It is recommended to fly outdoors and within the control range for beginners.
1. Pairing the Remote Controller with the Drone
Step 1: Turn on the drone. The drone's LEDs will flash rapidly. Place the drone on a flat surface with the drone's head/camera facing forward.
Step 2: Turn on the remote controller. The controller's LED will flash rapidly. Push the left control joystick up to the top, then pull it back to the bottom. A sound will be heard at each step. Pairing is successful when the drone and controller LEDs are solid.
2. Flight Calibration
Option 1: After successfully pairing the drone and controller, move the left control joystick to the bottom right corner at a 45° angle and the right control joystick to the bottom left corner at a 45° angle simultaneously. Hold for 2-3 seconds. Calibration is complete when the drone's LEDs are solid.
Option 2: Press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds to calibrate the drone directly after pairing.
3. Flight Instructions
Takeoff
Option 1: Press the takeoff button.
Option 2: Move the left control joystick to the bottom left corner at a 45° angle and the right control joystick to the bottom right corner at a 45° angle simultaneously until all four propellers start to rotate, then slowly push the left control joystick forward to take off.
Landing
Option 1: Press the landing button.
Option 2: During flight, pull the left control joystick back to the bottom to land the drone and hold it for at least 3 seconds until all propellers stop rotating.
Flight Directions
Left Joystick
- Ascend/Descend: Push the left control joystick forward, and the drone will ascend. Pull it back, and the drone will descend.
- Rotate Left/Right: Pull the left control joystick to the left, and the drone will rotate left. Pull it to the right, and the drone will rotate right.
Right Joystick
- Forward/Backward: Push the right control joystick forward, and the drone will fly forward. Pull it back, and the drone will fly backward.
- Left/Right: Pull the right control joystick to the left, and the drone will fly left. Pull it to the right, and the drone will fly right.
Aerodynamic Adjustment
- If the drone drifts forward or backward while flying, press the backward or forward arrow to adjust.
- If the drone drifts left or right while flying, press the right or left arrow to adjust.
Speed Switch
The drone is set to low speed by default. Press the SPEED button once for medium speed (two beeps from the controller). Press it again for high speed (three beeps). A third press returns to low speed (one beep).
One-Button Return
Press the RETURN button, and the drone will fly back along a path parallel to its initial takeoff path. Press and hold the button again to cancel the mode.
Headless Mode
Simply press the HEADLESS button to activate the function. The drone's LEDs will flash, and you will hear a beep from the controller. In this mode, the drone will fly in the direction of the right control joystick, regardless of the drone's head or tail position. Press the button again to exit this mode.
360° Rotation
After lifting the drone to a height of over 2 meters, press the 3D FLIP button to activate the 360° Rotation function. Then, push the right control joystick forward/backward/left/right to flip the drone. This function cannot be activated when the drone battery is low.
Altitude Hold
This is one of the drone's default settings. When you release the left control joystick after ascending/descending, the drone will maintain its current flight altitude. For stable flight, control with the adjustment arrows.
Flying with the App
App Download and Installation
Download and install Snaptain Air on your mobile device from the App Store / Google Play or by scanning the QR codes below.
Pairing the App with the Drone
- Turn on the drone; the LEDs will flash.
- Access your mobile device's Wi-Fi settings and connect to Wi-Fi Snaptain-A15H-xxx.
- Open the Snaptain Air app.
- Press the ON/OFF button on the screen to start the app. The drone's LEDs will light up when the connection is successful.

Photo: Press once to take a photo and save it to your mobile device.
Video: Press once to start recording; tap again to finish and save the video to your mobile device.
- Gallery: Press [gallery icon] to check photos and videos taken by the app.
- G-Sensor Mode: Press [G-sensor icon] to activate this mode. Your drone will fly following the mobile device's tilt in landscape orientation.
- VR Mode: A VR device (not included) is required to activate VR mode.
- Trajectory Flight: Tap [trajectory icon] to activate this mode. Draw a path in the empty area of the screen, and the drone will follow the path. Tap [adjust icon] to modify flight distance and time. Tap again to exit this mode.
- Calibration: Tap [calibration icon] to calibrate the drone.
- Voice Control: Takeoff, landing, forward, backward, left, and right.
Battery Status: Check the drone's battery. It is recommended to fly the drone close to you when the battery status shows a red bar.
Wi-Fi Signal: Check the drone's Wi-Fi signal to avoid losing control. When it drops to 1 out of 4 lines (e.g., 1/4), fly the drone back immediately.
Notes:
- To fly the drone using the remote controller while viewing the image via your mobile device in the app's operating mode, tap the ON/OFF icon to OFF, then re-pair the drone with the controller.
- To share photos and videos directly from the app, switch the Wi-Fi from Snaptain-A15H-Xxxx to your router's Wi-Fi.

Troubleshooting Guide
- Q1: Drone LEDs not lighting up.
- Press the power button on the drone.
- Replace or charge the drone battery.
- Q2: Drone LEDs continue to flash, but the drone does not respond to any controller commands.
- Re-pair the drone and controller.
- Replace or charge the drone battery.
- Ensure the controller batteries have sufficient power.
- Q3: Unstable flight.
- Turn the drone around and restart it to perform flight calibration as instructed.
- Adjust the flight with the arrows.
- Fly the drone in good weather conditions.
- Q4: Drone response is not sensitive.
- Ensure the distance between the drone and the controller is within the coverage area.
- Q5: Drone and app connection is frequently lost.
- Ensure the distance between the drone and the mobile device is within the coverage area.
- Ensure your mobile device is not connected to another network.
- Q6: App does not respond to voice commands.
- Ensure the drone app has access to your mobile device's audio function.
- Ensure you disable the controller first, then pair the drone with the app.
- Q7: Some functions do not work in the app.
- Ensure the app switch is ON.
- Q8: Drone flies beyond the coverage area.
- Activate Headless mode, then move the right control joystick to bring the drone back.
- Q9: Replace rotor propellers.
- Rotor propellers and motors are marked with A and B. Please match them when replacing rotor propellers.
